Hotel Jessica Residency

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Jessica Residency. We showed up without a booking after our mom fell very sick on the way to Shillong, and had to find a place to rest. Staff was very helpful in accommodating a room. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. All the staff was polite and spoke English/Hindi. Room service and breakfast are readily available. Location is also very convenient, as it's right off the main road. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend. Only point that could be improved perhaps is the food, but it was still very decent and what one could expect given the hotel price point.

The place is worst and staff and owner Gilbert acted unprofessionally and used bad and fowl words when asked for the room change. Worst hotel they say it is 3 star but it is one even 1 star and room conditions are worst. Owner Gilbert is very bad and dont know how to treat the customers and he very indecent. Beds are like stones u feel like ur sleeping on stone bench and bathroom tap water is leaking and food is worst I suggest please do not come here Pleas don't come here if make my trip suggest this place and make my trip professional are not responding after this incident.

One of the best hotel at SUNNY HILL,SHILLONG.....Staff are well behaved and courteous.....The foods are of high quality and reasonably priced also the quantities are large....The hotel has separate parking area......All facilities are available.....

Location is not that great. Ya If you want to say near to city center than Its suitable. Rooms are ok, not that great.

A good hotel on the main road with ample parking space. Service was just ok and the rooms were the same. TV had almost all channels. Food was ok and the menu is limited and could be expanded with options. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Very good location with just a few mins to the downtown supermarkets/restaurants.

Great place to stay in Shillong . Very convenient location , right on highway , secured car parking , great room and courteous staff . Walking distance from Police Bazar . Recommended for families .

Rooms are small but ok, foods are good and with varieties, location is also good .
