Hotel Holiday Hills

Spacious rooms with attached balcony and polite staff. The location is near Shillong police bazaar Dominos. Only drawback is they don't have their own kitchen. Also, try to book this hotel directly by calling, you will get a good discount.

The rooms are properly cleaned. Staffs are well behaved. The hotel has a nice interior also. Location is also good. But they have no restaurant facilities so you can't order food in your room. Otherwise our stay at this hotel was very nice.

One word! COCKROACHES! Lots and lots of tiny ones.. In the bathroom, on the beds, on the coffee mugs, on the walls.. They were everywhere! And when we complained about it, guess what we got? A can of HIT spray to do the pest control ourselves!! What a nightmare! And when we were offered to change rooms, we found them in 2 more rooms! The only option was to get out of the hotel at night and find another one. Highly NOT recommended! Great location but not worth it!

I took a single room just few days back. The room interiors were really neat and tidy with everything in place. The response for room service was immediate. Hope the young attendants working there can keep this up for a long time. Thanks to the hotel management team.

The room given to us was infested with innumerable small cockroaches everywhere including our BEDS! They provided us with a HIT (repellent) spray to kill them ourselves! It was so bad that we decided to leave the place immediately (it was the same situation in 2 other rooms of the hotel). Never had to leave a hotel room at 10 PM for such reasons ever in my life! Pathetic.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comes with an adjacent balcony. The bathroom is clean and available with hot water 24*7. The staff is courteous and helpful and the service is top notch. Even though food is not available inside but good eateries are located at walkable distance.

Very good hotel. Near to police bazar. Staff is very good and humble. They try to help their guests in every possible way. Suggestion:- Hotel should have it's in house restaurant
