Hotel HighWinds

This is a pathetic place. Never stay at this place. I had booked it for 3 days. They gave a shaggy room which not not clean at all. The bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn't sleep on that. My family got rashes in all over body. Since we reached in the evening we didn't have a choice. Next morning, we cut short our stay in this place and moved to another place. There's is no way to give zero rating. Otherwise, I would have given zero rating.

One star also not good for this hotel.. we have stayed one day here.. geyser won't work properly too much cold... they denied to give heater.. after arguing they provided one heater but won't work properly with 7-8 degrees temperature, you won't get sleep.... Strongly recommended to "DONT STAY HERE". The receptionist very arrogant and not friendly. Wifi won't work nor landline. Won't respond your queries.

Mr. Bappan Das had supported my Guests with True spirit attending Guest with warm welcome, Rooms were clean, tidy, Breakfast meals were up to the mark. Rooms with multiple option consisting of Double, Triple Duplex, Family Suite 4 Bedded and moreover services were prompt. Location bit hefty but ok for Car parking with limited space. Firstly I will say that I love the atmosphere full of flowers fresh air best canteen spot near the clinic and the overwhelm service by the manager, I love the food and especially when someone suggest me some kind of new items I love it. The perfect friendly place for family friends and every one because if suddenly anything happens the clinic and the doctor itself are available. I feel safe in this place because one of my friend suggested and today surely I felt that it was a best decision and a place that I made with my family, and today I visited the canteen as well after years again plus I love the canteen staff and their service so friendly and the respect that me and my family got from then canteen staff I loved the chicken fried rice today it was 10 on 10 and it seems the management really looks at my recent reviews. And I appreciate it. And now I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food good canteen and good guest house as well. Keep it up Sir and maamkeep growing with more success

Awesome place, rooms are very nice and Service is very good, Mr. Das is very friendly and try to fulfill all the small demands coming from customers.
