Hotel Heiga VNS, Shillong

I had a 2 nights great stay at Hotel Height VNS in Shillong. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms that were equally impressive. The staff was courteous, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The restaurant served delicious food with generous portions and excellent quality. The overall ambience of the hotel was warm and inviting, perfect for both relaxation and comfort. Located right on the main street, it was convenient to access local attractions and shops. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Shillong.

At the time i came here, i wondered woah what a big parking space but this place truly has more than what it shows. It has a great service, great food, spacious halls and lounges as well as rooms with prices that are so cheap and worth it. Id definitely recommend this place due to its closeness to every major or minor spots in Shillong.

The place is well-located and not too far off from the town center. Everyone is very friendly and eager to provide with whatever you need; however, the breakfast service is a bit slow. Definitely a B+ for effort. Our room was very nice--spacious, quiet, very comfortable bed, and the usual amenities.

The services of Ms. Long in particular was very very good and we all were very happy to note that she was always smiling.The food made by your Chef Mr Gautam was very delicious. We will recommend to all our friends and relatives. Thanks them all with best wishes.

Recommended for Business Travelers & Tourists as its centrally located. I have stayed here on multiple occasions. Last during 3/Feb and 7/Feb (R-603). The rooms are not very spacious but of decent size. The lighting is adequate. Housekeeping is good. Rooms are cleaned and toiletries replenished everyday. Restaurant serves tasty and good food. I felt that the breakfast spread needs little improvement. The wi-fi offered has desirable speed. Overall a pleasurable experience!!

The food was really good with adequate quantities. The ambiance was welcoming. The best roasted duck we've ever tasted... special mention goes to gracey for serving us with the scrumptious food.

Nice hospitality, delicious food, friendly chief chef Mr Gautam cooked whatever we demanded. Ms Long always smiling and very friendly.

The service and food provided were inadequate, resulting in a financial and time-consuming expenditure. I would not recommend the establishment to anyone, I am deeply disappointed.
