Heritage House - (Home Stay)

Beautiful bungalow, aesthetically maintained, with round the clock caretaker and a whole day cook, who prepared and served hygienic warm home cooked food. Curated lawns on the outside with sitting arrangements for a morning cup of tea or an evening drink makes it a wholesome experience. To top it all, we had an extremely caring host who guided us at every step of our first ever Shillong trip making it a seamless and memorable travel experience.

A Perfect Home Away from Home. We had a warm welcome and a truly comfortable stay, making our experience relaxing and enjoyable. Best place to be with your family and friends. The food was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall wonderful experience. The rooms were well-maintained, clean and provided a cozy, homely atmosphere. There is also ample space for kids to play,making it ideal place for families. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and peaceful retreat. We would love to visit again!

It was a very good stay and all facilities were available, we had a good time. Food and cleaning by the staff was also very good. Owner also gave us good support and guidance.

A wonderful place to be with your friends and family. Homely atmosphere, just 1.5km from Police Bazar. This place gives you heritage experience with the wooden rooms untouched. Rooms are spacious. 1 Master bed room with attach washroom, 1 room with 2 bunk beds and a seperate room with a king size bed. Comfortable stay for 6-7 guests. They have inhouse kitchen. Good cook and well behaving caretakers. They take care of all your necessities. Very humble and polite. Owner Anamika is very well coming. She always ensured we have wonderful stay not only in her properly but also a overall experience being in Meghalaya. She guided us what to do how to do whenever needed. Very sweet and caring. Few suggestions: 1. Food pricing can be little cheaper. Considering this is a homestay and we are not competing against any hotel or restaurant. 2. Fans are a must. We can keep table fan in each rooms. Can be used as per requirements. Overall a best place

It was wonderful to stay there. Such homely feeling is rare to find ... Everything was so clean especially the bathroom . Moreover the care takers were very decent and they served us with such tasty foods , our kids loved it . Looking forward to stay there again . Had a wonderful stay hosted by Anamika. The hospitality was wonderful and Anamika gave us a lot of suggestions about local sightseeing and things to do. The villa is beautiful.
