Hotel looks good from outside but the service is pathetic. While checking in with elderly parents in evening waited 40 minutes in parking and in reception but lift never started initially got the response it will start in 5 mins. In sometime nobody was even there to give that response. It didn't start before 10pm that day. So they had to take the unwanted stairs to the 3rd floor. Real trouble started after getting in into room. Mom got an electric shock in bathroom while trying wash face. Thanks to God she was able to shake the hand in time. Again waited 1. 5hrs just to use the washroom. Which ruined any plan to visit the local market. Later had to argue to change the room. To avert any further mishap. In the morning woke up with our driver's call as our driver got stuck in the lift. Its 7.25 but nobody was around. Room service /reception had no one from 5.30 in the evening till we check out. Had to knock the managers room to bring the lift to next floor. Its more than 15 minutes while our driver was stuck and smiling for choosing the lift instead of stairs and promised to be more health conscious from then onwards.

I booked my hotel here through go Goibibo but hotel declined to accept my booking and they didn't help us.We travelling from Delhi to shilong and we are very upset at the road 3-4 hours.dont stay here worst hotel and people also,rude manager.will not suggest Goibibo and this hotel also

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days it is in a good location staff are very good the hotel manager Mayank is very much cooperative with us totally the hotel is very good

One of the best Hotels to stay in Shillong. Everything was awesome in this hotel like: 1.Room quality is Great. 2.Room service is good(staff know how to treat a customer) 3.View is great from the hotel room (Personal opinion : ha it was great man) 4. Hotels rooms are affordable (N I literally bargain the hotel manager ). 5. Toilet bathroom are well maintained. 6. The Food was also very delicious. So, basically this hotel is a package, for both hygienic guys and perfect view spot guys. So Please visit this hotel, it's near police bazaar. If you guys love Quality, then you are gonna love it.

Mr. Jaiswal (manager) is very helpful and responsive. Staffs are good, young and dynamic. All the utilities are in very good working condition. Neat and clean rooms. We stayed two nights here and i must say everything is okay. Food is good and prepared in a clean kitchen. Its a budget friendly hotel.

The hotel has cosy, clean rooms and open areas to get free oxygen from the trees just opposite to the hotel. Beautifully located near the Shillong Golf Course apart from the busy Police Bazar. Must enjoy the serenity.

Very expensive for the quality of room they're offering. Room is small and corners are very dirty. It is hidden by the bed. Very less light and no proper ventilation is there in room as well as washroom. Just 1 plug point is there in whole room. Drain in the washroom is very dirty. Wifi details are given in room but it never gets connected. There's kettle but no milk powder or sugar etc. It is a decent place but definitely not worth the money.
