The hotel is great and is certainly value for money! The rooms are very very clean and the food is also very nice. Plus, the staff guides you and is very helpful. This hotel is close to many public attractions. Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Shillong!

A very comfortable and cozy place to stay. Rooms are very clean. This is a beautiful property located near to the police bazaar. And above all the staff there is very welcoming and cooperative. When in Shillong, this homestay is a must visit.

Good guest house. Room's r good for family perspective. All basic facilities r available in room's. Car parking also available.Staffs r responsive but can improve better. But a little portion of wind came from windows even close, feels cold in winter n we ordered Heater.Card payment in reception is not available, need UPI or cash payment. Overall Satisfied.

Location was good but don't eat dinner or lunch from the hotel as they charge so much money for one person's meal, also the food wasn't tasty. Male staff was mannerless, still the owner's behavior was nice.

Fratelli is okay if you just want to crash for a night except the fact that the rooms are extremely small. I had booked for two nights but checked out the next day itself. There is no ventilation in the rooms, breakfast order has to be given one day prior and has limited options. You would hear voices outside your room all the time. The location is good and the rooms are clean and that's all it is.

Don't be fooled by the property photos. The rooms are located in the basement and are extremely small, making movement difficult and creating a very congested atmosphere. There are no balconies, only a small window that offers no view and minimal ventilation. The accommodation is only acceptable if you need a place to crash for the night and don't plan to spend much time there.

We enjoyed the stay here, the hospitality was amazing, we received a lot of information about the area, and also the hosts helped us to organize some day trips in the region, and helped with our laundry. The house is in a quiet area, there are some restaurants in walking distance.

at first glance or in pics it may look good but reality is grim. all the rooms r in the basement. the rooms are well appointed but small, closed, claustophobic and with no view. I felt I couldnt breathe there. there's no lounge no dining area! there r 2 small bottles of water complentary but after that u hv to buy water - no jug of water if u want. breakfast is complentary but nothing extra ... 2 eggs means 2, u won't get a 3rd. 4 slice of Bread and no more, 1 bowl of sabzi n no more ...
