Crossroad Guest House

Very comfortable stay at Crossroad. The owner and staff was very polite and well behaved. amazing hospitality. the room/toilet was very clean. the breakfast they served was great. since it was very cold, they provided me with another warm blanket without me asking for it. the owner Shanti is a gem of a person. soft spoken and will answer all questions you have about Meghalaya, their people or their culture.

I had an amazing stay at Crossroads Guesthouse in Shillong. This place offers amazing value for money, making it a fantastic choice for travellers. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped with everything you need--a TV, geyser, and a water cooker--ensuring a comfortable stay. The guesthouse is situated in a very calm neighbourhood, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The filling breakfast features local dishes, which provides the perfect start to the day. What truly sets Crossroads Guesthouse apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality of the staff and the owner, Shanti. Their warmth, kindness, and helpfulness made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Shillong.

Wish there were more stars to give. Great, clean and comfortable homestay with the professional service. The owner is very helpful. She always found time to talk to us, give advice and talk about Shillong and Meghalaya.

It was a pleasant stay for us in this property during Christmas Eve with an atmosphere filled with excitement and joy. Rooms were very very cozy, cleaned and well maintained with wooden base structure. Breakfast was very delicious. Thanks to its owner Ms. Shanti for the hospitality that we had received. Excellent rooms. Delicious breakfast. Great hospitality by the owner Ms. Shanti. She readily agreed to our request to reduce our stay by a day due to sudden change in our plans and didn't ask for additional charges for the same. Overall 10/10 Also, there is a very cute cafe just opposite the guest house which was another highlight of our stay :)

Had been there for 3 nights. A wonderful host Madam Shanti is. She is very courteous and her hospitality is excellent. Wishing her and her family all the best. They provided 4 of us dinner on request. Provided us breakfast early due to our changed schedule. Best of all based on our request she arranged a good car transport for us. We could talk to her and get things arranged before we reached.
