I had a wonderful experience staying at Gracious Lodge! The rooms are well Maintained and comfortable, and well-maintained. The all staff is helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Also Gracious Restaurant make food as our requirement. We are Highly recommend Gracious Lodge for anyone visiting--it's a perfect place to stay for a peaceful, enjoyable experience.

The staff truly lived up to the name and "graciously" hosted us! This was my first visit to the north eastern regions of Bharat , I had always heard about the hospitality and culture of the people here and I got to experience it first hand during our short stay here with my friends. Be it the fact; the chef taking time out of his schedule to prepare a late dinner for us or our lovely host Mr Antony who not only shared his experiences in the region but also guided us about the places of interests in and around Shilong. We truly had a memorable stay here, due to our work constraints our stay here was short but our next visit will definitely be longer. Rooms: Rooms are definitely worth the price, clean bathrooms with a geyser, given the fact we were here in the dead of winter, the geyser had a hard time heating up the water (imagine cold water that hurts your fingers when you wash your hands! that's how cold the ambient temperature was) , maybe if the owners can look into this aspect it'd be great. Navigation: If you are not accustomed to the tight pahadi roads, do not trust Google Maps! Listen to the staff for directions. Food: Excellent value and superb food, the chef and the manager were extremely accommodating and prepared us fresh and hot meals despite the late hours. Items to try : Veg Thali, Chilli Crispy Potatoes & Crispy Veg

The rooms are very nice. But the service was too poor. No internet, no tv channels.

This is a highly recommended lodge in reasonable price. Everyone is very cooperative and they very loyal and honest and will never take a single extra price from you. Driver is well experienced and he is genuinely a very nice person. For few days i went there and these guys have become like a family to me they are so good. I will definitely go next time and book their lodge.

Toilet was smelling bad as hell the whole time.I couldn't even sleep cause I need to breathe. The room was inconvenient. Reception service was also terrible, the receptionist did not even care to help me get inside the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The hotel is simply good. Its not very fancy but is so complete in itself. The rooms are good but dont expect a king size bed to be there. The hotel provides several common sections and halls to sit and eat and chill. The best part about this place is that they also provide kitchen where you can prepare food for yourself and enjoy the cooking time. The hotel does not provide you meal but they keep some packeted snacks items on the counter that can be purchased for munching. For other small basic requirements too, you need not to look up for a grocery store. The location of the hotel might however disappoint you.

Nice Spacious and Clean rooms and bathroom with a small balcony. Really enjoyed our stay.
