Beautiful location. Indo-Bangladesh border from room , this resort is a wonderful for anyone. The sunset is spectacular. Staff is very nice I forgot my watch in room during checkout I called at reception & they delivered in bet d way. Our whole tour member are so happy with room, stay, food, pool, service & all

Beware !!! Since I found no review that actually resonates the real accessibility issue , thought I would write it. The road to this resort is beyond challenging that you're car might get stuck in between and you're stranded until a crane comes for help ! This is something we witnessed and we were also stranded until the car was cleared. Roads not laid fully and under construction before 2.5 kms to the resort and they r sliding deep roads. Please avoid if you're with kids and this could jeopardize your whole experience to Cherrapunji. The resort people were not kind enough to inform this and we were highly disappointed with this behavior especially for 12k price per night that we pay, nobody deserves this. Location is obviously beautiful and the resort is well built but that alone doesn't justify our money. It is also too farther from the main attractions which makes it even more difficult to and fro. Almost 40 mins extra time to reach to main spots. Food was good Staffs were good. But what's the point to built such a nice resort if you're unable to reach the resort or if they don't fix this access issue. ?!

Beautiful Views, Disappointing Stay!! Our recent stay at Mawsynlentleng Eco Tourist Resort had some serious problems. While the pool view and overall scenery were stunning, and the staff were friendly, the experience was far from relaxing. The bathroom in our room had major plumbing issues. Instead of fixing it, they told us to use a bucket to manually flush the toilet. To make matters worse, the road to the resort was terrible - narrow, with no signs or streetlights, and incredibly foggy. The resort also failed to mention the heavy rain and thunderstorms that made our night extremely uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep due to the noise, and the whole experience felt unsuitable for families. For the high price we paid, the room was small and lacked basic necessities. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and wouldn't recommend this resort, especially during the rainy season.

This is the best place to stay in meghalaya. The best view, best food, best people. 24 hour pool and service. Infinity pool is too good. You can see bangaladesh border from here and the amazing view. Must visit and stay resort. Food is also tooo good.

Food is good, the restaurant staff were kind, but entry free of 100rs per head (even for customers who dine in) was unnecessary. The pool staff plays annoyingly loud electronic music which kills the ambience of the place amidst the lush green hills

Everything was fine before reaching the destination, after that it was regret. We came as a group and had to pay 900 as entry fee for the whole group of 9. They said, entry fee has to be paid for the view. We wanted to dine in at their restaurant but still we need to pay entry fee. It doesn't make sense.

Personally I feel the place does look nice with the view and all but it is costly and is overrated. The area is also quite small. First of all you have to pay 100 bucks per head to enter. If you want to swim you'll have to pay additional 500/-. Food is also average judging by the reviews. We were also asked to vacate as there were "guests" coming. Heck! We also paid for entering, doesn't it makes us guests too?

Beautiful location. Overlooking the Indo-Bangladesh border, this resort is a pleasant getaway for anyone. The sunset is particularly spectacular. P.S There is a minimal entry fee for everyone who visit.
