Treebo Hotel Staying Center

Very neat and Clean Hotel situated in Mawpat, Shillong, Meghalaya 793012. The staff was very cooperative. They have in-house restaurant. Please make sure to place your order for dinner by 8pm.

I booked through Treebo online by paying 50% advance for staying 3 nights after reading the reviews. I intimated them about delay in reaching the hotel online. But when I checked in they intimated that they cancelled my entire booking as I checked in late. We were surprised and frustrated. But after showing the transaction they gave me a small room and intimated that amount I paid for one night will not be adjusted for another night stay and charged me for four nights even though I stayed only for three nights and intimated earlier about my late arrival. Both property owner and Treebo has to have a human to attend bookings. The room was though small it was good and properly managed. Has a small restaurant where you need to order in advance. The front desk girl was amazing in handling travellers.

The hotel was awesome. The service was worth mentioning. The always smiling faces of all the hotel people are something noteworthy. I suppose they done have the word 'no' in their dictionary. My child was unwell they took all the care possible from their end. Hoilang and Rishot was spendid in hospitality, they need to be specially mentioned.

Good hotel and rooms. But breakfast included in package was supposed to start at 8 am. And at 8 am they started preparing the breakfast. Due to which it was served at 8.35 am. And we got delayed. It's better of to skip the complimentary breakfast all together.

Really superb stay!!! The view from the hotel is so good everybody's enjoyed staffs were also pretty kind to us I think the count of staffs could be increased in the coming days to improve the service and also can have more option in the breakfast also!! Otherwise it was a good stay

I have to visited lots of places and stayed hotels also .. but from this hotel service is Lil more than I expected about that ..... Good service peacefull place nice room ,bathroom fully clean.... And also they provide kettle water and coffe/ and mini tea bag if we require for our purpose

The AC was working but the breakfast spread was mediocre. Could do better. |As a solo traveller and someone who had had a very long journey, the seamless check-in service and clean rooms were a God-sent.
