Treebo Omega Stay Inn

We recently stayed at Treebo Omega Stay Inn during our trip to Shillong and had a pleasant experience overall. We had booked three double bed rooms, and all of them were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which was simple yet tasty, and a nice way to start the day. One thing to note is that the hotel is located around 10 km away from the main Shillong city area. While this means it's a bit of a drive to reach the main attractions and market areas, the peaceful surroundings make it a relaxing place to stay away from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service met our expectations. If you're okay with staying slightly outside the city, this is a great budget-friendly option for groups or families.

Horrible experience. Washroom is not clean . Bed has no matress at all. Food not provided as mentioned no egg , no fruit , no curd nothing at all actually... At the least even water was not on table. We had to ask for everything. Absolutely dirty and disgusting.

The place was nice. Staff were very helpful , arranged cab for , made good food , other than being far from the town this place was really good . Special thanks to rohit for making the stay very nice

Very good budget stay. Decent, clean, value for money. Enough parking space. Only cons is its location, which is little away from main road, so you have to rely on the stay for food. The same thing can be seen as an advantage too because it is so calm and peaceful.

a really nice and affordable place to stay though the bed in one of the two rooms we booked creaked and was a little uncomfortable. clean and neat and 13 mins walking distance from police bazar centre point

The rooms do not have heaters. Bathrooms have old boiler system. Electricity kept fluctuating. Dining room has capacity of 8 people for the whole of this inn. Rooms are cleaned only on demand basis. Photos and video posted are not how this is.

Not worth of 2500 This property is the worst property till date I have visited. Even though the customer supports gave gave us option only for change of hotel which was not feasible as it's 1 hr plus travel and with high traffic it would have taken us 2 hrs No other compensation from the team . I am not looking for compensation but expressing my opinion as a loyal customer

There are no single rooms or usually no washroom for drivings .... morning time they don't allowed any washroom for drivirs evens aslo they don't gave any one single toilet or washroom to wash mouth....very irrespective of irresponsible staffs are there........my experience are very bad and my driver also face to much problem there ,and there were also no comfortable car parking ... totally useless stay that I have ever experienced there
