La Kyrsei Hotel

The rooms are neat and clean. Whenever any problem arises , the hotel services try to solve it at the earliest. Everything is good but the location is a bit annoying , although it gives us a nice view of the Mountains surrounding the city , it is located outside the City and it seems impossible to go for shopping in the main markets as their is so much traffic due to narrow roads.

Rooms are perfectly equipped, neat and clean. The service is quick. Staff are very friendly and accomodative. Loved our stay here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was not at all like the pictures online. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and didn't even look clean. The carpet had stains, and there was a strange odor in the room that never went away. The bathroom was cramped, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible - it barely got warm! Hotel is outside Town Shillong

I have recently stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The so called deluxe rooms are too small to stay even for a couple. The hotel is situated outside the city. Wouldn't recommend this one at all

I recently lunch at the hotel and the interior and ambiance was cozy. Although I had an issue with the food where I found a hair but mistakes happen and they exchange the dish with no hazel. I highly recommend trying their drinks which was served in beautiful glasses. Overall, a delightful dining experience that I can't wait to visit again.

Rooms are near and clean. Staff is very supportive. Special mention for the food. They provide a lot of options in the buffet menu.

Place is good just opposite NEIGHIRIMS. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was good and dining area was large. Parking available.
