Belmont Bed & Breakfast

Pros-Good location, well maintained and clean rooms, parking space, very cooperative helpers/staff, good home cooked meals overall cozy atmosphere. Cons - meals are over prized, rooms are over prized considering the room size, the entire house needs to be renovated to make it more comfortable, For eg- Shillong is a cold place so the rooms are expected to be warm with better quality heaters, windows should be modified as air comes in making the rooms cold, curtains should be more winter friendly quality and so the bathrooms. Overall it was a fine stay and particularly it was my birthday which I spend there so only good memories but the property can be made better.

We stayed at Belmont B&B for 3 nights. It's a beautiful and cozy house, very tastefully done. The home stay is easily accessible by road and is close to popular market places. We had a lovely stay. Farrah is an amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Shillong.

The location is really close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The host, Farrah, is really warm and helpful for the guests and does her best to make sure you have a good time. They serve good home cooked food if you want to eat at the bnb as well.

Feeling as comfortable as your own home. Rooms are nicely decorated with antic wooden furniture. Owner and her staff gives you homely feeling. Food is very tasty. Small beautiful set up with all amenities. Enjoyed our stay.

If you are are looking for a comfortable and memorable stay away from the chaotic life of the city, this is the place for you. Lovely ambience, inviting rooms within a Bungalow,bonfire evenings and exotic cuisine. Would want to stay every time I visit Shillong.

Had a lovely and comfortable stay at Belmont BnB with my Mum and Aunt. Both being senior citizens I was quite apprehensive about our stay but the warm welcome received by the host Madam Farrah put all my worries aside. From the moment we checked into the bnb till the time we checked out Madam Farrah and her co workers ensured our comfort as their priority. The impeccably clean,cozy and warm ambience coupled with the sumptuous breakfast and homely cooked food has made this bnb a perfect place for relaxation....a home away from home.We were really overwhelmed by the warm hospitality of Madam Farrah and her co workers.We eagerly look forward to revisit and stay in Belmont bnb .
