City Palace Inn

The rooms were not that clean and hygienic. I got some rashes from the bed. Also water leaking in the washroom and handles of doors broken. Overall not a good experience. Disappointed.

Good location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff Specially Koushik. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, great value for money. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very far from the main city and market . Rooms are very congested and small. No hot water in bathroom..when we complaint they simply told that water will note come u have to adjust. Service is good but not up to the mark. No wifi . Food is also overpriced and tasteless. Don't waste your money here.

Basic necessity like water in jug not available. Water leaking from washroom . No cupboard. Room shuffling in mid of stay. Staff re shifted our luggage when we weren't available. Pros - Satff helped in bringing luggage from 3rd floor .

Nice Room The room was very clean. There is no geyser in the bathroom but direct hot water is available. There is electric kettle in the room.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. no hot water. Bed sheets, blencket seem never ever washed after purchase! No service. They offer WiFi service but with no internet access. On name of hotel what they provide is some roadside lodge/dormatory near by railway station. Don't ever book this place.

Horrible experience!!!. The hotel is located in a very crowded and inaccessible area with very few restaurants. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom was very unhygienic. The bed sheets were also dirty. There were no towels. The worst part was that there was no water supply in the morning and we weren't provided with the reception contact number and there was no one in the reception and we had to find a contact number from Google. The master power switch was located outside the room and the host who showed us the room had no idea how to turn on the lights. At night, the power switch was turned off twice by someone. The walls were really thin. We could hear loud banging and shouting and people talking.
