Wonderful stay at this property!! Staff is very helpful and nice.. always smiling and ready to help you whenever needed. Food was good. Rooms are comfortable. Recommend others to stay here. They arrange all things of need. I really liked the black rice kheer served here and they were so nice that they arranged the black rice for me at checkout. Nice people..

"I recently had the pleasure of buffet & Musical night at Classic Grande Hotel at Chingmeirong imphal east, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was top-notch. Our Kenney wahengbam(sales dept) his hospitality and guidance, Punikanta aheibam(bar manager) Amen(service), Phines(service), was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was exquisite, and we enjoyed every bite. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were rich and bold. The hotel's dining area and musical hall offered stunning views, adding to the overall ambiance. We felt pampered and indulged throughout the evening. I highly recommend CLASSIC GRANDE for a special occasion party, musical nite or a romantic dinner. The quality of food, service, and atmosphere makes it a standout choice. Outstanding experience, loved every minute of it. The moment we arrived we were welcomed by a kind, warm reception team who made us feel so special. It was a lovely welcome after a long journey from Australia. The hotel concierge and cleaning teams were also exceptional and the restaurant served great food. I had a fantastic stay at The hotel classic Grande Imphal ,The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and efficient, especially the front desk receptionist I would love to mention her name (Prashuriya). who helped me with my check-in. And some sort of difficulties around hotel. Very polite. helped a lot.The room was fantastic, and the bathroom was with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping (9/10)The hotel's pool was amazing , and the buffet had a good variety of fresh and delicious food. The only minor issue was with the pool table hope to have some more indoor games. Thank you !

This was one of my many experiences with this Hotel which involves long periods of stay. The room was very comfortable, clean, inviting and downright Classic! The staff goes over and beyond to help make my every stay memorable and enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, to the housekeeping are delightful, professional and always eager to help. Some of the staff that I had to interact with on a daily basis and who deserve special accolades are Surchandra, Deepak, Atangba, Sanjeeta, Tababi and Prashuriya (all at front desk) and the F&B experts Sonia, Pinky, Princey, Ovia, Chanu, Bidiya and Surphy. Congratulations to the Managers and supervisors for providing a great experience to the guests every time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Imphal. Thanks.

The staff are friendly, helpful and the overall experience of stay was very good. The quality and variety of food is upto the mark. Cleanliness stands out. Large, specious rooms with all modern amenities. Pleasant stay. Location too is at the heart of the city

I've only been to the rooms a few times. I mostly have taken their Banquets for hire and their service is incredible Food is great and the Sales executive Kenney Wahengbam has been exceptionally great at ensuring all needs are met. Priyo from the F&B service has been very accommodating with the menus for our buffets, ensuring that we get a Chinese menu that was usually out of scope Overall a Great Establishment and a Great Team!!

Excellent property with very courteous staff.. Mr Surchand and Mr Atangba in the reception and lobby sure know how to make you feel at home. Keep up the good work :)||The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The newly renovated swimming pool is definitely a big plus for the upcoming summer months . ||Overall- a very wholesome experience. Definitely recommend
