Service is too week, to dirty , many material not working . Never book this hotel, in this hotel one women got killed in the room . Think 100 time's before booking

Good customer service. Forgetfulness is a must we as a human (missing flip flops, soap and to mob the dusty floor) however, I'm satisfied with the service. My other feedback would be to change the sheets and pillow cover with a new or a clean one (they might have but to me it was dirty. Rated 4 stars.. overall I'm happy..

Decent place for the cost. We booked two rooms for 800and 900/-. Food they can arrange, it's not that costly. Rooms were clean but bedding looked like wasn't washed for long time.. can be preferred if no good option found around. Separate parking is available inside..

The service is bad. The sheets are dirty. Its too costly for Rs 1500/Night. No wifi, nothing. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. The lock is not working, and gate is close from inside after 9. Which is dangerous. No proper watchman.

People told me it's one of the best in the city. Staff very friendly. Reception first not so friendly but later okay. To expensive, value for money is not okay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is at the main road and so a bit noisy. At night okay because not much traffic. No Restaurant. This is a problem at Sunday because in the city no Restaurant is open! Safe car parking. I can recommend it. I am from Germany and on Northeast-India motobiketour.
