I called the resort to book it for a day just to relax but instead I got scolded by the person who was on the phone he said he was very busy and he just cut off the call. I have never experienced such type of places. I have been to countless hotels, resorts, this is my first time getting shouted at by the people who worked there. I asked do they treat customers like this often and he just hung up the call amazing. Well done Zouzam Resort for the great experience. I would surely recommend this to everyone.
