The property is not well-maintained. Basic amenities like glasses were not available in the room and had to be requested. While the rooms are spacious, they are plain and lack aesthetic appeal. The staff appeared occupied, possibly due to an unplanned lunch booking by another family, which affected service. The pool was not maintained hence we did not use it. Overall, the service and facilities did not match the high per night tariff. The only saving grace was the taste of their food, which was tasty. We chose this property solely for its convenient location on the highway.

Very close to Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary, situated on the highway this is truly a heritage property. We stayed in the Royal Suite for 3 nights. There are other rooms also classified as Platinum and Gold, a dormitory also for larger groups. Service is excellent, the people in care are very catering to everyone's needs, with a smile. What I liked most is the peaceful ambience of the place....that is what most of us are running after. There is also a bird hide for bird lovers where you can spend some quality time, engaged in bird watching and bird photography. The food and the restaurant is also very good. I hope this place gains much more popularity in the future. All the best to them.

The resort is a heritage property that combines comfort and convenience in the best possible way. Rooms are neat and clean, equipped with all necessary modern amenities. Food served here tasty and very homelike, not too much oily, not too spicy. The serving staff is very courteous and always ready to take efforts even while serving lunch/dinner. Location of the resort is very convenient and both the safari gates are maximum 20 mins from the place. The surroundings are covered in greenery and offer play areas for the children and ample parking space as well. Overall the place gives you a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful closer to nature vibe.

I highly recommend this place for those seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating holiday.

It's a hidden gem in the middle of the forest! We never expected such an amazing experience in such a remote place. Rooms and exteriors were impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, they accompanied us to the nearest good restaurant to get dinner as their inhouse restaurant wasn't working that day. We enjoyed star gazing sitting in the garden post dinner without worrying for mosquito bites as they had taken care of even that ( which is usually a big worry when you are in the middle of a forest with kids).

Anant Heritage is a beautifully maintained heritage property, perfectly nestled in the serene jungles of Tipeshwar. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The property boasts ample parking space, a kids' play area, an open lawn sit-out for enjoying nature, and a bonfire setup for cozy evenings. The home-cooked food is truly delicious and adds a personal touch to the experience. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The owner Mr. Shishir is warm and engaging, making guests feel right at home. Fairly priced, it offers excellent value for money. A flawless five-star experience--highly recommended!

Great place to get lost into the serenity. Food was too good. The owners were very friendly like family. Celebrated women's day alal with the Anant heritage Family. Loved it. Soon going to visit again

Enjoyed our stay at Anant heritage agro tourism, which we are been visiting from many years. Rooms are very clean and food is awesome. Very courteous syaff and enjoyed the bonfire which was arranged in the lawn.
