THE NEGATIVE POINTS : 1. Washrooms are very very small. If you take a shower, whole bathroom will get wet including the WC. 2. You cant order food in the room, at bar area or any other place. 3. The bed mattresses are hard as rock. 4. Towels have some weird odour. 5. The property had frequent power cuts. 6. The fans were not working in any room initially, i had to make a complain to get it working and it took time. 7. You can hear your neighbours from your room and your neighbours can hear you from their room very easily. There is just a wooden ply dividing all the rooms. 8. Wifi will connect but wont work at all. 9. Property is not well maintained. 10. No tooth brush or tooth paste in the bathroom. Had to pay extra to get it. 11. There are no changing rooms near the pool. 12. The crowd was cheap, abusing and shouting at each other after drinking and the staff didn't care. 13. The photos of the property that you see on the app or google are not accurate. The lake is far from the property so you will hardly get any lake view. 14. They make good tea for their staff but the tea for customers is very mediocre. So, if you want good tea then come to restaurant before 8.30am, they will serve you tea which they made for staff. 15. We booked online and we were charged around 4300 per room. But during checkout, some pawar guy at reception told us "mujhe call karna next time, 2000 mein room mil jaayega"! Whats the use of booking online through apps then? This pawar guy has more power than Sharad pawar i guess! THE POSITIVE POINTS : 1. The food was really tasty, specially the chicken curry. 2. The property has many mango trees in it, so if you are lucky you will see many mangoes on the ground which you can enjoy. Some customers were picking up mangoes from their room's balcony which i feel is not right. I urge the staff to check each and every bags during checkouts of customers.

Not rating for rooms as I haven't used the same. My group of friends visited for breakfast. We were told that unlimited breakfast is available for Rs. 250. That is a reasonable offer. However, since we are a group of health conscious people and also bike riders, we avoid heavy breakfast and asked if we could order a la carte. However, they said that we can order on Upma a la carte. This is unacceptable as a full menu was already available in buffet, and a la carte order could have been easily made available from that. Our request was turned down. No wonder people prefer to go to outlets liek McDonald's and better resorts and hotels which offer flexible and superior service. Hospitality died in Jayshin today.

The staff of Dental Specialities stayed at Jaysinh and had a great experience. The location was beautiful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable,especially enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly, helpful. The food was good, with plenty of options. Overall, We will rate it a 5 stars and would recommend it to others.

Awesome place for outing with Family. We have had an awesome time here and got refreshed. Must visit place with very good quality sweeming pool and rain dance water. Restaurant served us a very good quality food. I recommend this place for a must visit place. Staff is also very cooperative.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the "Vaitrana Dam" and feel the cool breeze. I recommend everyone to experience the beauty of Jayshin resort..

Rooms were just about fine. Food was good. Service ok. Good views from the top floor rooms. Nothing great to write home about except that the property location is very good. Pool wasn't that well kept, we didn't use it.

The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, with its serene environment and well-maintained facilities. The peaceful surrounding and the scenic views made for the perfect backdrop to our picnic. We felt so refreshed. The activities and amenities offered were enjoyable. I would also like to specially acknowledged Mr. Kundlik Pawar. His attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism were truly commendable. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and took excellent care of us. His warm hospitality went long way in making our visit ever more enjoyable. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful venue and for the excellent service we received.
