Tadoba Wildlife Resort - Best Resort in Tadoba

Let me be honest, on reading all the reviews of this place, I was sceptical about visiting, especially since we were traveling in a big group and with my parents who are senior citizens. But on reaching I was indeed pleasantly surprised. The rooms are simple, clean, and basic. The food is homemade food - made fresh daily. But what truly works is the staff - they're the highlight of this place - polite, prompt and enthusiastic, this is what makes it worth visiting again. Quite honestly, if you're in Tadoba for a safari, looking for a value for money, no frills place with clean facilities and fresh home cooked food and friendly staff, this is your place to stay! And with 2 safaris a day, I can guarantee you'll be having no time to relax/look for luxuries in the middle of the forest. P.S.: This place also has a pool, although we had no time to take a dip since we had back to back safaris.

Major city prices for low quality services and food. Paying for ambiance, not services. Guests need to behave in a gorgeous forest setting. Quiet, close to buffer but far from core Tiger reserve gates. Safari support by hotel is lacking. Need healthy breakfast for early risers. Local food's - oil and spices needs reduction. Spacious rooms but no cleaning. Owner is profit oriented with no control or training of rural staff.

One of the best resorts in Tadoba. Food and stay excellent. Bhushan, who is the manager is there at all times and very helpful. Amenities and facilities are top class. Would come back again to stay in the same resort. Will suggest to my friends and relatives as well. Very cordial staff and housekeeping is very good. Rooms are clean and bathrooms as well.

For a jungle Safari this place is ideal. The rooms are clean, spacious and AC is good. Staff is excellent. Food is delicious and healthy. Eve snacks, tean and coffee (served hot ) was my favourite. I would recommend this place to all jungle lovers.

Great location, average facilities and good service. As non Indian tourist the staff at the resort were very friendly and accommodating. The chef came to check at every meal time if the food was good and if they can make anything bespoke for us. Only negative point is that the rooms could have been cleaned and towels replaced during our safari.

We had a fantastic safari last weekend . We booked through Nikhil Kawale. He gave 11 of us a tempo traveler from the airport and back and also to the gates. We drove in Zari, Kelshaghat, Somnath, Mamla...all buffer zones. We sighted 8 separate tigers and had two sightings per safari...several highlights...we saw two tigers track and attack a gaur, one tiger walked behind our jeep for 20 mins, we saw a tigress and 3 cubs, the dominant male Raka...all in all an amazing set of safaris...the hotel folks...Bhushan et al were great...food was simple maharashtrian food and it was great...rooms were very spacious and clean and well appointed. They helped us with all the small things.Strongly recommend Tadoba Wildlife Resort at Zari gate.

I have wonderful experience right from landing in resort. All employees and management are very friendly and polite. Since it's adjacent to TATR and away from city so one can enjoy peaceful atmosphere and serene beauty of jungle. We enjoyed morning time sitting in very spacious balcony facing forest.

Resort: Excellent stay--great hospitality, clean rooms, delicious food, and peaceful setting. Bhushan from the staff really helped us a lot. Safari: Unforgettable experience! Knowledgeable guides, amazing tiger sightings, and well-organized rides. Overall good.
