Palash Inn

The rooms are clean, room size is decent. Bathroom is clean. The service can be improved, especially the housekeeping, it's quite slow and you have to follow up with them multiple times just to get one thing done. The service needs to be a bit more professional. They have a restaurant, but it only has a buffet, no a-la-carte items are available. The only items you can get a-la-carte are apparently the ones in the buffet.

Great ambiance as well as food. The service is quick too. This hotel offers quite a few facilities which makes it convenient for business travelers. The breakfast spread was decent. Only that you need to come out of the hotel and walk to the restaurant. One might find the lift to be confusing, but would eventually get used to it.

Very excellent and reasonable stay. Staff is polite. Restaurant is also excellent. Very neat and clean hotel. I stayed here about 15 times. My favourite hotel.

Hotel is good and affordable but not couples friendly they didn't allow us for just 1 night and we have to go hyd at early morning

Daily room cleaning service is available which we just did for once in two days as the rooms are so nice tidy clean and well maintained. Even the washroom section was so clean

Maintenance is good. Restaurant food is good. The staff is so helpful. Due to road construction work in front of the hotel, parking is not available. The reception is on the first floor and the restaurant is on the ground floor.
