Hotel Chintamani Deluxe

The property is 6-8 feet below road level. The slope to each from main road is very steep. Was travelling with spouse. On 09/07/24, double bed room shown in ground floor was not worth. Then a room in second floor ( no lift) was given. It's toilet door couldn't be bolted from inside or outside. In the passage near the staircase, hotel staff was sleeping on ground with smelly beds. If you have time and choice try any other lodge.

Perfect. Budget friendly. Good service staff. Perfect location for transit. Good experience.

For Rs 2000, the quality of the room is very poor. Room ac is not working properly. The shower in the bathroom is not working and even after having such an expensive room, there was no hot water for bathing in the bathroom. Room cleaning is also not very good. They are charging 2000 rupees by giving facility equal to the room inside 1000 rupees.

Located at best location near bus stand. Rooms are ok ok, service ok ok, no hot water, no shower knob. No chair around table. Just big room and bathroom with nominal features. Little expensive in comparison to other hotels. Staff is too good.

This review is a response to the owner's comment on the 1 star rating. I had ordered food and coffee. It was delayed and when it was served, it was extremely unhygienic. I was given a plastic bag that contained food. The plate was not washed properly and I could see the food residue of the person who had eaten in the plate. It was repulsive. The room I was given had a damaged wall that must have been caused due to water leakage. There was no ventilation in the room. I appreciate the owner's gesture of giving me a cheap room with discount. But hygiene and room ventilation are pre-requisites in any room that is given to the guests.

We booked this hotel at 2800/- Rs. Worst experience ever. They dont have Hot Water in taps in morning hours. The person brings hot water to room in dirty buckets. The hotel is very very stinky. The rooms too stinks. Toilet is super dirty, all tiles are full with dirty water marks. Local toilet seats, the seat cover goes somewhere and the seat somewhere else. AC Remotes does not work. Toilet basins are leaked and all the water drips to your feet. Only one very small soap with stinky towels is provided. Pillows are very hard and dirty. Beed sheet are having oil marks. Dont even think of staying here guys, this is not a hotel, its a nightmare. The owner is manner less and rude. He talks out of his senses. The staff is without uniform and uneducated. They eat ghukhta all the time. They do not have a kitchen, so they bring food from outside on request, but the plates they serve to eat are sticky, its like glue on the plate, one cant even eat on it, same story with the katoris. Most Useless hotel.

I have visited this hotel twice for official work purpose and its quit a decent and cozy place to stay . The staff is good and the services are prompt and up-to the mark as expected it should be. Its now being renovated since last time I visited and feels even much better now. May be my previous reviewer have taken too acute view in posting his views as there must have been some work going ( As it is the need of every Hotel or any other Business ) to add some new charm to the surrounding. For me Its all value for money tariff room hotel with ample parking space and free Wi-Fi which no other hotel is offering in Yavatmal . It was good stay with very good accessibility to the locations like Main Market and Bus Station too as it centrally located. Previous Reviewer's review is quit misleading one and I too was worried to visit the place but I followed my Instinct and landed directly to the place and was totally satisfied with it.

Had a good 2 day stay at the property. Located at the heart of the city. They have their own travel agency, which is adjoined to the hotel. Makes travel from and to Yavatmal very easy. Very friendly staff. And initially we had booked the room for a wrong date, through MakeMyTrip. But the owner was compassionate enough to help us cancel and eventually get refund for that "non-refundable" booking. Thank you so much Dr. Yogesh and kudos to your team
