Overall Experience: Feedback for any hotel can be summed up in a single question which is 'Would you like to visit again or recommend to others?' and the answer is unfortunately NO. Pros: Location & View: Good. Cons: Room Service: Average. Food & Hygiene: Below average. Limited breakfast options, and food hygiene was concerning (an insect was found in the poha). Tables were also not properly cleaned. Price: Rates are higher compared to similar options.

Location is good Staff also well But owner is talking Rude and they cannot support don't visit again meu price is also high .

I enjoyed my stay at Kaas Woods Resort Things I liked 1. The view from this place is beautiful. 2. The food is tasty and freshly made. 3. The place is surrounded with trees, plants and natural beauty. Things that could be improved 1. We were looking forward to spend some time at the swimming pool but when we reached it was closed for maintenance. This was not conveyed to us in advance. 2. The waiter came and ask us to pay the dinner bill late at 11:30 PM when we were almost asleep. 3. Don't expect breakfast before 10 AM. We got our first morning tea at around 10:15 AM. And the check out time is 11 AM.

It was the most favourite place there's view was superb and what a food quality it was nice test and very sincere staff must visit in any season

Booked this resort because of the location amd the view but it nots worth spending especially if you have kids travelling along. The place only gives you a good valley view nothing else apart from that. There are too many steps going towards the rooms making it difficult everytime to carry luggage and also if you have kids and elderly people travelling along. The worst part about the resort is the food, the oil or the water in which they prepare the food is stinky and the food also stinks making it difficult to eat. Also there are no restaurants nearby making it even difficult to get food from outside. We had to everytime get food from satara and the food use to get cold by the time we reach the resort and get ready to have it. There is only 1 person who looks after the housekeeping and other requirements and only 1 person for room service and restaurant. The suite rooms having bath tubs are not cleaned even before arrival, no proper curtains for the room. Try not to book this resort if you want to have a good stay.

No brakefast given as a complementary when you taking room. No hot water available, then why given rooms on besis bathtub and charged high for this. Also dinner and service is not good, take dinner outside if possible

Location of the resort is good especially because of the view outside. We stayed in a cottage which was decent in size and clean. It had a nice balcony with a wonderful mountain view. The only problem was the room service. They are very slow in regards to their room service. Firstly there is no intercom in the room so we had to call him on their mobile number to place any order. The children's playing area was available but it's very small with limited options. I will not advise this resort to older people as there are a lot of stairs. Not a safe place was very young children eg: 3-8 years as there are many unsafe places where they can fall. We visited during the winter season (December month) so were not able to get in the swimming pool as the water was very cold. A good resort to stay inside a room and enjoy the outside view.

The location is good. But the resort is average. Rooms are not that great. Washrooms and rooms need maintenance. Overall cleanliness at the resort is also an issue as it is not looked after well... Food was good if not excellent. Atleast the feeling of having food was satisfying... Staff is friendly...
