LSQ RUTURAJ FARMS

I had high expectations for this villa based on the pictures and description, but unfortunately, the reality didn't match. The place looked lovely in photos, but when we arrived, it was clear that maintenance has been neglected. The pool was murky, some of the furniture was damaged, and there were ants in the kitchen. The AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work properly, and we had issues with hot water. The location was also quite remote with poor signage, making it hard to find, especially at night. Customer service was not very responsive. It took hours to get any help, and even then, the issues were only partially addressed. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Would not recommend unless the management seriously steps up their game. Worst villa

We had a trip to this place and overall it was a great experience. Pros: Staff was good and friendly. The location was good near karjat railway station so you are open for an option to travel by train as well. The pool was great but the water height was only 4 feet as they say it is the government/municipal norm in karjat. The kitchen area was good, they provided a freezer to keep food or water. Chicoo and mango trees are there. Ample washrooms even when you are swimming. Cons: The rooms were made good but it seems like some maintenance issues are there as the geyser was not working in one of the room, plus a lot of insects(ants, mosquitoes and others) in the room at night time. Onsite maintenance was not available even after complaining. Signboard is either not visible or not available. Yes I would recommend this place if you are planning for a visit. Overall you will enjoy the place.

Just spent the weekend at this amazing farm with friends and family. The private pool was a blast and the party speaker was perfect for our impromptu dance party. Pet-friendly and super fun!

It was an okay place. The staff was friendly, and the pool was nice. But it's a bit far from the city, and some things could be better, like having more stuff in the kitchen.
