Hotel Maniprabha

Service from the staff was good, but the room was not. I took the standard room and it smelled, toilet had stains, buckets and mugs in the bathroom were dirty. Too expensive for the quality of the room.

A budget friendly hotel offering rooms for every budget, we just had to stay for a night so opted for basic AC room which though was small but well maintained and clean. Service was good and fair. We also had food in their restaurant which was very nice, I would recommend kulhad kulfi as a must try at this place. Breakfast spread was decent and food quality was also nice. What's surprising me is the way hotel management is responding to the negative comments, I'm really surprised reading at the replies posted by hotel management and now in second part of my review won't be surprised if they give me also a similar treatment. We booked a total of 5 rooms out of which one was checked in at around 2 pm where I met a soft spoken lady at the check in counter, was really surprised by her way of interacting and fluency in English. So far the experience was very nice. In evening around 10 pm we checked in another 4 rooms where we were greeted by another gentleman whose name I forgot to ask, let's name him Mr. X. We were made to pay the entire amount of stay as advance, wherein no receipts or confirmation was provided. Here the store takes a U turn, first we had some confusion about rates which was eventually sorted out. Next day when we checked out, payment for a single room which was still occupied was not made, Mr. X again insisted on making payment, which we said will be made. A lady who was suffering from high fever was resting in room, and this was informed to Mr. X, still after the group left, Mr. X made 4 calls within 30 mins to the lady for making advance payment. When contacted Mr. X simply said it's an SOP, though it wasn't mentioned in their huge do's and Don'ts list at the reception area. Here Mr. X was very particular about the advance payment, in another scenario we had provided GST number at the time of check in, which Mr. X simply forgot to put in the invoice. The issue was again sorted by another lady who was at the reception. I'm really surprised by behaviour of Mr. X and I question the managements decision to put such a person at front desk at such a hotel which is probably the best in Washim. Forgot to mention, the ambience of the restaurant is amazing, didn't expect such ambience in washim. I am ready for negative replies from hote management.

The overall experience was very good The service was very fast and food is absolutely very good. Owner and Manager, staff all were very friendly. Best place to visit in Washim Is Hotel Maniparbha. The hygiene you want is there and the interior is love .

Very normal rooms, exterior facade is little misleading that rooms will be of good quality. None of the charging points work. No towels provided. Very old furnishings. Cleanliness also very low

This is a pure vegetarian hotel. There are many facilities and also well behaved staff . They coperate every costomer in well manner. There are many varieties of food. Also there are many varieties of sweets. Street food are also available there. There are parking also. I loved this hotel . You can also try this one

Rooms are just ok, a bit pricy for a town like Washim, food is ok, service is top notch. Seems like a safe enough place to stay with family.

Had a wonderful stay here. Will recommend everyone else. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.
