SPOT ON Hotel Ashoka

Rooms are untidy, toilets are not clean, lots of chips packets and some other wastes are sides of the cot. It seems like the room has not been cleaned from ages.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly-Please read if you want to stay here: Firstly, when you book they show a very low rate and later they ask for more money-In my case good part was owner called and we spoke before arrival that I need to pay 900 INR which is fair and I appreciate the owner. While arriving -Property is a surprise: Here are listed reasons: Good: 1. Its quiet place, isolated, and easys to find and its near highway 2. Property manager is a good guy try to help you as much possible... 3. The Prices are reasonable. 4. Property is a new construction. Bad: 1. Reviews might be fake-I saw good rating and trusted everything -very less parking near bay it cattle house, mosquitoes and neighbor fight for wrong parking ect 2. Limited room and small size you dont have much choice. 3. Nothing is near by-you need to drive 3 KM to actual Wardha city Ugly: 1. Property is very ill maintained. (will share the pictures) 2. Toilets are nightmare-Spider webs, Paan spits in basin, choked Naali and broken commode-seats. 3. Heavy mosquitoes in the room that have ventilation (but without net) and in others there is no ventilations- you will feel choked/suffocation 4. Linen are noy very clean-No strong young staff/ house keeping boy (only an old lady and we cant force her to keep things clean) I had to personally bring HARPIC (I mean it-see the pictures) and spray in toilet, basin and bathroom and rinse it before using Overall the owner and manager are friendly and try to help but they need to surely pay attention and upgrade the maintenence of this property and may be also increase the rate for room.

Firstly eat is this OTO-Owner mixed scam going on. Almost everyone you guys book hotel at low rates and when we reach property they deny the booking and ask us to pay more. All- please beware of this cheap commercial tactic of OYO 2nd Hotel asoka is pathetic in terms of maintenance. Going to a cheap lodge near rail station is better. I stayed there on 27th Dec 2022. They showed me couple of rooms..all were badly maintained. Bad linen Cob webs Fan not dusted in years Ample of mosquitoes And worst is the washroom.: littered and dark commode, pan spits, dirty soiled washbasins and in some washroom. The commode seat was broken and on floor. They seriously need to improve cleaning a d maintenance We are ok to pay more for better service

have stayed at dozen of hotels in... But Hotel Ashoka was excellent . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Owners was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

The hotel owner denied to provide a room when I reached there. If you dont want to spoil your stay dont book with OYO Bakwas service.

Perfect and safest place to stay, even without low facilities still deserve to to get 5 stars

Room was very good ... Bathroom was also in perfect condition . Staff was also nice
