The owner is a humble and nice person. He personally checks everything. Overall it was comfortable stay.

Shavin residency is located in quiet surrounding in a city. Nice, clean and well equipped rooms with mini fridge and provision to make tea/ coffee. Good decor . Room service is prompt. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful . Hotel has dining area. Staff helped to get food of our choice. During our stay the lift went out of order unexpectedly. One of our group members coulnot climb the stairs. It is appreciated that hotel staff voluntarily carried him on the chair to the first floor during our stay. We, a group of senior citizens ,had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.

Very clean, spacious rooms with bathroom kit, electric kettle, tea and coffee kit and locker. Very polite and cooperative staff always ready to help. Tasty food and fast service. Calm and quiet surrounding. Market is just a walking distance. Great experience to stay at Shavin! Highly recommended.

This hotel looks like a quaint building on the exterior. The interior of the building is well maintained. The wallpapers within the room need a definite makeover. But all in all the service of the staff in their own unimitable way is commendable. Given the deal price in many sites and complimentary breakfast(procured from a hotel nearby) available from 8.30 to 10.30 am this hotel is an excellent deal to consider.they have coffee , tea creamer also available. The Toilets and the room are decent(no bedbugs) with king size bed, electric kettle, television and minifridge.

The hotel is relatively new, spacious and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and you can expect any kind of assistance from them. Special mention about Mr. Satish who was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Though there is no restaurant, food was not an issue as you can order whatever you want and it will be delivered to the room.||Overall a good experience and would certainly recommend this to travellers.||||Sudha Varghese

The quiet neighborhood, good location plus clean rooms plus very polite and service oriented staff. My long stay for 14 days there in February 2017 was very comfortable.Though they don't have own kitchen, they manage morning breakfast quickly. Lunch and dinner can be ordered over intercom and is provided from a nearby hotel. Only down side is their wifi speeds...

The hotel is located in residential area. The staff was courteous. It's quite clean but the management has to pay attention towards cleanliness of washrooms. There is no restaurant but they get you food from outside.
