OYO Flagship Hotel Vidyadeep Regency

The rooms are not clean. The blankets , bedsheets were dirty with stains. The bathroom was ok but not the best. If you are traveling with a baby please look for better alternatives.

I had recently booked this hotel through OYO, when I reached for check in the receptionist denied check in and told me pay 3 times the booking amount saying they don't provide booking through OYO. It caused a lot of mismanagement for me that day.

The worst night mare come true experience. This hotel is managed by nincompoop called Vidhyadeep who lacks courtesy. He was making zarda(chewing tobacco) sitting at the reception. All the rooms are located on the 3rd floor but their escalators are non functional. The rooms are extremely pathetic and unhygienic with cockroaches roaming everywhere. The bed spreads and smelly and rotten, there are moulds all around the room. Horrible hotel and the price is exorbitant. Even lizards are the size of dinosaur.

Very poor management. Before completion of the event the workers started to collect the chairs from the celebration hall to send it to another place. Without payment the plates were not provided when the guests were waiting for the lunch.

It was not too good not too bad but somewhere in the middle.
