It's just worst to deal with this hotel. They will appear too polite & courteous at the beginning, till you final the booking & pay advance. Later on, you'll find them breaching your trust. And if you object for anything or wanted him to arrange as per your choice, the owner will threaten you to spoil your program. Whatever you decide at the time of booking, will not be arranged properly at the time of program! You'll be charged for premium, but you'll get just budgetary arrangements. So, better you go for other available options in the city, but not this one. Don't waste your money by hiring their hall or services. Owner of this hotel is a crook & staff is more worse than that. Also, almost all the positive reviews about this hotel are managed & posted by the owner himself.

Worst Hotel ever There is no electricity whole night They don't have any backup elctitricity and Worst receptionist I have sawed ever don't go there are many options

Worst hotel we hv stayed at. On arrival, room not ready. No water in taps, no AC working in 1 of 2 rooms booked,did not fix this on repeatedly telling. Cockroaches in room, rooms filthy, linen terrible,bathroom ledges not cleaned for months. No breakfast served(booking included this) No hot water for bathing. Overall a lousy place at a lousier location..Staff just not interested in clients. Don't even dream of staying here even if room offered free. Could give a lesser rating if possible. Wonder who gave this terrible place 3 rating earlier, this mislead us to do the booking. Don't say later you weren't warned.

Had booked this for my daughter naming ceremony. Place is good staff was very helpful and food was awesome. definitely will recommend this place for party of 100 to 200 people. The only issue was with light..there wasn't enough working lights in the hall and thus it makes photography a bit dull

It's a very pricey place to live. Definitely not worth the money. But it's location is good if you want to live outside city. No proper food services available. A hall, which is situated on ground floor, is the best feature of the place. I would suggest looking for other places if you are on a stringent budget.

The hotel is hopeless. I do not recommend any discerning travellers to stay over there. I had booked a suite but was downgraded as the room was in an atrocious state of maintainence. Dripping AC, dirty linen, unclean rooms, fungus ridden nonfunctioning refrigerator, no water supply, nonfunctional geyser, no kitchen, unsupportive staff & management, lumpy mattresses, the list is endless. Please avoid it like plague.

The place is apt for small events or marriages that includes around 200-300 visitors, catering service is good. The banquet hall on 2nd floor & dining area on the 1st floor makes it easy as well as difficult for the guests.

Full luxurious hotel having high quality ACs fixed. The hall is very class piece and personally I think it's the finest/best of the halls in Wardha city. But this hall is only affordable for the rich ones...!!
