Hotel Poonam Residency

Absolutely terrible experience. Not recommended at all. We were a group of 15 doctors with a prior booking, yet the service was slower than a snail. Half of us were still waiting for the main course while others had finished eating. Staff was untrained, non-Marathi speaking, and completely careless about customer experience. Even the wash basin had no water! Ambience alone can't justify high prices. Poor service, bad management. Total disappointment.

The most disappointing part of my visit was the behavior of the front desk staff, particularly a staff member named Govind Singh. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which completely soured my experience. Instead of offering assistance or showing courtesy, he was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome. I not recommend reconsidering this hotel, especially if customer service is important to you. This experience was nothing short of frustrating, and I don't plan to return.

They don't care about customer satisfactio..they should learn something from dhaba.. For dinner u have to place your order at dinner time

Ideal place to stay with Family. Dedicated parking, friendly staff. Food was excellent and good breakfast served.

Rooms are good but low on cleaning and maintenance . Restaurant is good and Breakfast was ok. Wardha being Small town housekeeping and maintenance is low untrained staff . Very good as per Wardha

We had a very bad experience at Poonam Residency , no breakfast buffet was served to us, There were cockroaches in our bathroom. We won't recommend this hotel to anyone, highly disappointed by the service.

The quality of food and service is poor. Don't eat non-veg at this place. They serve Stinky and rubbery chicken.

This is a decent hotel but not worth compared to the price they charge. Room was clean and food was good. However. Service was not up to the mark. Needs to bring the professionalism in the staff. TV did not work and had to wait for 20 mins for bill generation. Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles. P.S.: Many other reviews suggest that the hotel has resorted to paid reviews.
