Hotel Ghulshan

Very disappointing experience. They only accept cash, but there's no sign or information about this until it's time to pay. It puts customers in a very awkward situation, especially when you're not carrying cash. What's worse, the server behaved very rudely and tried to embarrass me just because I didn't have cash, clearly expecting a tip. This kind of treatment is really upsetting. People should be informed clearly about the payment options beforehand. Not recommended unless you're okay with carrying cash and being treated poorly.

This hotel is just perfect! From the rooms to food and to service. Everything is perfection! Great service! They really make sure that everyone is satisfied. If you have a good budget, then I highly recommend it!

The food was good as far as i feel but cant have it again and again . Its proper saoji but yes the taste is well managed . The service was slow and also we got table late so prefer going late or fast or on weekday. But yes other than that its managed. I noticed the owner also working there due to high rush and definitely was a good gesture.

After roaming around and seeing other hotels in Wardha, we had almost given up and our last check was Gulshan, it was worth a try. We got everything we were looking for. Overall a great experience.

Yesterday we went here for dinner, we were 2 person & we both got food poisoning from night. This is our 3rd time that we got food poisoning by their food. Their taste is good but quality of food is complete lower. And now we heard from so many people that they serve stale food.

As I am the resident of wardha, the first hotel in wardha ever, I have seen they apply 10/- charges per salad.. not expected in wardha atleast

Guys, this place is damn good. Its feels like 5 star hotel room with all the facilities. I booked it for 4 days and I really njoyed being there. Here they have Restuarants below, so no need to go outside for food. Its my personal favourite staycation place for me and my family. Really pleasant and cosy place. Must try.

Worst experience ever , service was good but is not enough. Not worth it, nonveg and veg both are tasteless. Please use less sugar in your meals.
