Magnus Caverns Resort

Absolutely one of the best resort with incredible views from rooms especially from the Upvilla. The balcony of the rooms are quiet big and when you open full doors it gives incredible view and it opens right infront of lake belive me view is very mesmerizing. Recommend to stay in upvilla or tent stay is also good which is near by restuarant. There are indoor/outdoor entertainment facility as well. The staff was very helpful and food quality was also delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay as resort is very clean and provides good vibes at every corner. Villas and swimming pool are on the other side of main road and restaurant is on another side. Though electric vehicle pick and drop facility is there but its not far away one can walk also. Staff calls and reminds you for celebrations if its planned during your stay. Best part is access to dhom lake which is one the of the key point. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset momentts and it has swing placed for entertainment. Overall happy to stay there

This has been our 5th stay at Magnus and as always they never disappoint with the services. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Wide choice of food and extremely taste. Prompt room service The best part is they are pet friendly. They also have some in house pets (couple of dogs, a cat, a duck, few birds etc) and they take extreme good care of them. They also have a beautiful spa where I had a chance to do foot and back message. Ms Surekha (the therapist) was extremely professional. Knew the exact pain points. It was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. Would highly recommend to try their spa. Highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a weekend gateway or a corporate offsite or plan some small family celebration. Would come back soo !

Not Worth the Hype or the Price- Don't fall for the fake reviews--this place is a huge letdown. We booked 2 nights in their so-called Cliff Royal Tents and 1 night at villa. There was nothing royal about them. Cockroaches on the bed, insects behind curtains, and overall poor hygiene. Food was average with barely any options for kids. No real play area, and the staff was completely unprofessional. For what they charge, you can get a proper 4-star hotel in Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani with far better service and comfort. -- Typical comeback from the owner Good that you accepeted that there were cockroaches on the bed and in the 5-star royal tent. We shifted to lower category room which was not clean. Still you charged us for Royal 5 STAR TENT for day 1. Your good will gesture could have been little apologetic till day 4 and refund for day 1. When I wrote this review you are being apologetic now.

I recently stayed at Magnus Carnves Resort and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. The food was absolutely delicious every meal felt like it was crafted by a gourmet chef. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always courteous and attentive without being intrusive.

We spent one night there in the Tavas Vintage Suite, which is a beautiful setting with a charming ambience. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake, and the suite was immaculately kept and clean. We asked for a particular decoration, and they delivered it flawlessly. The staff is highly professional and courteous, and they genuinely care about their guests' happiness, which is the greatest part. Although the food might use some improvement, I would still suggest this resort. Next month, our family will also be joining us. Thank you, team.

The villa rooms and place was good, i spent a good time.. but the service is not satisfied I didn't get a room on time also the morning breakfast and eve snacks it's a buffet system they not refilling the foods on time we have wait for long time for food. Also some other things which are not good in service. I like the place still the customer service is more important than the place.

We had two nights stay here which was most pleasant and amazing. Location is truly exotic with scenic views of mountain and lake. Perfect destination for relaxing and enjoying summer vacation. Food was delicious and team was efficient. Thank you for serving us.
