I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome from the start. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. I especially appreciated the quick response to my requests and the attention to detail. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying here again.

Best budget friendly family hotel to stay, you can explore Wai and Mahabaleshwar staying there

One of the BEST hotels you can rely upon for your stay and food. rarely you find an hotel that provides Spacious rooms, Quick and prompt service, awesome tasty food and mental peace at one place. Every food item had a unique flavour and taste unlike other Dhabas. People staying in other hotels even came here for dinner. they have breakfast complimentary alongwith rooms booking. they have hassle free checkin and checkout process. i would recommend this hotel for those who plan to go to Mahabaleshwar, Wai, or Satara and need rooms for night halt.

Finest food & service at reasonable rates

We called this property to book rooms to attend family function. Unfortunately our program was cancelled which we informed them well in advance. Hotel has displayed free cancellation policy on websites. But actually they refuse to give back any advance paid. After few conversations Mr Susan ( Nepali guy) agreed to give half refund but after that they have neither refunded any amount not recieving my call. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Also they don't give any receipt of advance given n accept advance on Google pay in name of Shri Samarth enterprises. Avoid paying any advance unless they give you valid receipt. You are likely to lose money .

It's a great place to stay with your family and friends, The staff are polite and very helpful. The food is also tasty and fresh. You can book them on any third party trip planning website. Happy vacations

Had a stop at this place on our way back to Mumbai. The restaurant is well maintained, clean and hygienic. The restrooms were super clean as well! The kitchen staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast menu had multiple options and was made fresh. They also have rooms for stay, a kids play area and is situated in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. Will definitely visit again, and maybe for a stay next time!

It was our unplanned 1 night halt at this place. Staff & service is helpful. Rooms are neat & good. Found some spider, lizard inside bathroom. They do not provide 24 hrs hot water. Also kitchen works after 8 am. So may get break fast after 8.30. Location is accessible, cool. Value for money.
