Extremely bad service , I even don't want to give single star.||Owner Mr Vivek Merukar himself is very arrogant person,||They shut down my AC at night and on inquiry said ' makemytrip haven't transferred money to their account so they won't start AC. Even he used very vulgar language with me stating he would get me out of the hotel at midnight but only because of mercy he is letting me to stay. I had given 2240 rs for such a crap room and he said MMT gives only 500rs to them for which they can't give AC facility.||After repeated requests and 20times sorry he started AC but I have to pay 500rs to him , i asked for receipt but again he used vulgar language and asked me to go to police station if I have further queries...||My package was with breakfast, but as expected he refused it as well...||I am totally frustrated about this incident,||Guys please don't go to this hotel even think twice before booking from MMT....

No facilities no room cleaning . Very bad condition of bed sheet and pillows and also very bad services from hotel staff.. no one is present in hotel respetion..

Very spacious rooms both ac and non ac highly reasonable and value for money good location very good manager good service peaceful stay very close to beautiful dhom lake location in wai is good pleasant experience overall.

Do not stay.
