We had a wonderful stay at Gandharv Resorts! The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The ambience was perfect, offering a relaxing and comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hospitality! Will definitely visit again.

We visited this hotel. Food was okay however they served onion rings with lemon along with main dish. Onion rings were stale and resulted into stomachs pains to me and family members. We asked them to replace those with fresh ones in first place, however replaced onion quality was also not better. We need to visit doctor to recover from pain which lasted for 2 days. Beware of such things during your visit.

Resort was okay but restaurant staff was very rude. Service was very bad. Staff was not at all customer friendly. No amenities. They treat their customers very disrespectfully. They only have swimming pool that too they are not keeping clean. Staff really need training on providing hospitality to customers. Having one or two good staff member is not enough to provide good service and experience. Overall staff needs to be polite and respectful.

The best resorts until now I have experienced In budget friendly option .the best part is that you get pure veg food n exclusive taj (Mumbai) chefs experience..the food ambience the cleanliness everything is on point

It is a very nice place to stop over at Wai, it gives the feeling of a luxurious place. The room we booked was well equipped with all necessary stuff with a large bed room and leaving room space We just had breakfast at this place which was really good

Tea and cofee not serve in Glass or cup , disposable glass use here , it's very harmful . No helpful approach for this subject . Gandharva management not serious about this issue .

Great location and well maintained property. Rooms are reasonably sized, and the overall property is beautiful and spacious. Couple of issues I have with them is on room cleaning and food. Room cleaning was not done after the first evening when we returned from outside. Reason given was that we had not requested for it, which sounded lame, to be honest. If it is standard practice for them then they should be informing at the time of check in. The food in their restaurant is not that good. Rotis are pretty much Maida and the food tastes quite average overall. You'd be better off eating outside. Other than these two issues, this is an overall excellent place to stay in Wai.
