Rutugandh Homestay Wai, Near Panchgani

We (family) had stayed in this property in the monsoon of 2023 and had an amazing homestay experience there. It's a bungalow type property which is a 2 storey structure. Owner Mr. Varad was personally present there and looked after us very well. The location is little outside the main city of Wai (just 2.5 KM from Mahaganapati Temple of Wai) and its a very quiet place away from the city noise. Don't stay here if you are expecting a luxurious stay but if you want to experience a warmth and comfort of a homestay then I will highly recommend. No exorbitant charges and an absolute value for money. Ideal for a group of 08-10 pax who are looking for a common accommodation instead of separate rooms like hotel. We tried chicken thali for dinner and it was great in taste.. do try. They also prepare chicken barbecue if you inform them in advance which we unfortunately missed. Sitting outside on the open terrace late night getting drenched in the drizzling showers listening to the music created by crickets was a soothing experience!

Varad is the perfect person to call for stay, he guided us properly for our visit to Wai. He was very helpful & kind during the stay. Apart from his place he arranged one more accommodation for us. Loved his place Our trip went as planned properly to all places we desired to visit.

The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming. The food was both delicious and reasonably priced. I felt a warm sense of camaraderie and belonging. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-appointed. My stay was truly comfortable and enjoyable. I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The rooms were both clean and spacious.

We called the property owner, Varad, at the eleventh hour, and he was very quick to respond and make a room available for us! If you're seeking for a home away from home during your trip to Wai, or even Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar, you should definitely choose Rutugandh Homestay!

friendly host, the food was amazing, and the rooms were comfy. The views from the homestay were stunning, and it was in a really convenient location. There were also a bunch of cool attractions and stuff nearby. I totally recommend this place, and I can't wait to go back! Thank uh..!!

Nice Secluded place to stay. It's Home away from Home. You find peace and serenity here. There is swing on the terrace with beautiful mountain views. Most of all the Hist is very humble and courteous.

Excellent property, so peaceful, airy and with a lot of sunshine. It's very well kept and clean. It has an extremely homely feeling to it. The environment is also very hospitable the host is polite.

The host was super nice. the rooms were huge and had everything we needed. I had a really great time and felt so relaxed. The food didn't cost too much.
