Hotel Milan Veg Restaurant & Lodging

Very good food served here. Staff is very welcoming and service is fantastic. Very quick service and tasty food. Must recommend to all of those who are travelling to Wai, Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar. I would recommend this as I have tried food in almost all the restaurant nearby this Milan restaurant but the food quality you get here is superb.

Today we went to AC hall of Milan Hotel for dinner, first we were ordering according to what we needed, then their smart staff started telling us to order more menu that two plates will not be enough for you, you have to take more, at least three plates. Even though we were telling them enough, they were putting pressure on us. And if we asked for chapati in the order, the morning stale chapati was brought hot. The next thing to say is that we sitting in the AC hall, none of the ACs were working. And the bill charged 20% more for AC then asked them why they charge for AC when AC is off then the owner or that manager just rudely says that we have created that environment for interest. Now you tell me what kind of atmosphere is going to be created there when the AC is off. So avoid going to this hotel if possible because both the staff and the owner are rude and charge EXTRA for what they have not served and force to increase the order as well as reheat stale chapatis. Thank You

The restaurant is nice and affordable all dishes are at good rates the quantity vs quality factor is worth. The service is also good. Starters are awesome, highly recommending paneer crispy

Stopped here for lunch. Food was good. Very large quantity. Very reasonable price. But very rarely I get to see such good staff.

Food quality is good but the service is worst. No cleanliness maintained. It was horrible experience. No tissue paper provided and no sauf after dinner. Even the plates were not clean. Received order a bit late. So my humble request to the owner. Food is good but make sure to improve on other parts if you want customers to visit again.
