Hotel Sanai Residency

The rooms are decent for 2-3 occupancy. Simple place but good pool and enough parking. Ask for your requirements before hand as hot water and extra blankets were not available.

This place is overpriced and no quality or even meeting basic needs of hot water. I was totally disappointed for paying high price for this low quality services. Staff was very rude when told about no hot water for bath or shower. We took showers with cold to warm water and the staff kept saying that this is there hot water. AC and other items in the room were ok but not worth paying this much amount per day. Very disappointing. I would avoid booking this place for fun unless you are stuck here due to an emergency.

The hotel is at convenient place to go. But service by reception desk is very bad and slow. Not helpful at all. This hotel charge more than same hotels in mahabaleshwar but don't provide good service. Food is great. Food service and quality is best. This hotel is near to wai bus station not nearby mahabaleshwar or panchgani.

Swimming pool, gym and restaurant are not yet operational so cannot advise much on that. Pros: Infrastructure is old but very clean and hygienic. Staff is supportive and polite. Rooms and washrooms are clean and dry. They have a big space in outdoors and well maintained ambience. The hotel is on Panchgani highway. Cons: Prices are high compared to room size and interiors. Air conditioners are very old and noisy.

Best Location with Best Views Food quality very good (south indian, chainese, maharashtrian, punjabi) Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. Ambience is good. Restaurant and bar facility available inside. Ample space for Car parking. Swimming pool and Spa available.

Terrible hotel even bad is better. Rooms are of good size but with no amenities in bathroom and living room. Beds and mattresses are of average quality with no housekeeping and room service. If you wish to just sleep overnight then it's ok but if you are looking for experience then please avoid. Only positive is pool where you can relax and have some value for your money. Waited for 1 hour but no one turned up for room service. Ideally they should handover it to professionals as location and space is good.

Stayed here for one night on way to Mahabaleshwar. Location is right on the way to Mahabaleshwar & Panchgani at the base of ghat section. ||From the outer appearance the place looks extremely good & inviting. Inside is a different story due to poor service. Room allotted to me was on second floor & lift was not working. Being senior citizen found it extremely difficult to climb up & down.||Room was ok but lacking in cleanliness. AC functioning was not up to mark. TV was showing all channels. Lights in the room were inadequate. Towels need replacement.|On positive side found room service extremely good. Did not visit restaurant due to avoiding climbing down by steps. Service was very fast and dishes ok.||Plenty of space for parking with good security available. Hotel has a swimming pool but did not visit the same. Did not try Hotel WiFi.||Overall good for one night stay only.||

WARNING!!! READ BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PLACE!!! So, the hotel is long before Mahabaleshwar. The location is truely sad. You have some next property view on one side of the rooms and blocked barely visible hill view on the other. The premises are barely keeping up. Since there is no view, you cannot really think about just being out and enjoying weather. Room that they call super delux was sad and depressing. I would be happier sitting at home in my room than that room. Barely natural light and no view. We had booked the property in advance fro. Agoda. Property manager told us they are ok with us cancelling and we need to speak to Agoda (Thats right! We cancelled even though we had no other place). so we left and booked another place. Hours later they replied to Agoda saying they wont return money which was obvious considering people are not booking this place and thats how they are having to mooch money out of customers.
