Staying at S. Boss Hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Right from the start, nothing was satisfactory. The room service is terrible -- their room phone doesn't even work. If you need anything, you have to personally go to the reception and ask, hoping someone is available and willing to help. You won't even get a basic bottle of water unless you walk into their bar or kitchen and buy it yourself. The water supply in the room was erratic, coming and going randomly. To make matters worse, we were given a room with no working fan or lights, and the staff casually said no other rooms were available. The hotel's hygiene is appalling. Cockroaches were freely roaming in the room. It hadn't been cleaned properly -- there was a foul oily smell, and shockingly, a used condom wrapper was found near the bed. Adding to the confusion, there's no clear check-out policy. One staff member told us the check-out time is 11 AM, but another person came knocking at our door early in the morning saying we had to check out at 10 AM. No coordination, no courtesy, no professionalism. This place lacks the most basic standards of hospitality. Please don't waste your money or comfort -- avoid this hotel completely.

The photos of the building are different from reality. There were many cockroaches in the room, coming out from gaps in the walls. I checked out within 10 minutes and already saw two of them. The bathroom was also not cleaned and had a terrible odor. There was also a lot of feces. I cannot recommend this place.

They deleted my reviews from oyo app so writing again, it was the most pathetic and disgusting experience ever in my life. Please don't believe in paid reviews. Don't ever go there, the staff is crazy and don't know even how to speak, all alcoholic people come there at night and it's very dangerous for women. It's cheap bar not a hotel all owner and staff is uneducated, extremely dirty room, no new bedsheet, washrooms broken. We got stucked there just for one night it's was nightmare. So dangerous place . Please don't go at all. Don't believe the photos at all. It was horrible experience still scared, please don't even book it for free

series of issues with this hotel the owner is super duper rude. all the beds were dirty alongwith pillow cover and when asked to change, he said we don't have any washed bedsheets and pillow cover. 1) dust and web all across room 2) paint has come out from all rooms 3) had paid for 4 rooms but given only 3 and no refund. finally I had to fight with oyo customer care to get refund. 4) no working plug points to charge phone 5)no towels provided stating all inventories are full so towels are utilized, super lame excuse 6) cracks on the room 7) bathrooms and toilet seats are super duper dirty 8) zero maintenance 9) no night lights/lamp

Disappointing Experience at Hotel S Boss I recently booked Hotel S Boss for my sister's engagement ceremony, expecting a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel failed. Issues: 1. Poor Communication: The event coordinator was unresponsive and unorganized, leading to last-minute scrambles. 2. Unprofessional Staff: Staff were unhelpful. Need to ask multiple times for one thing. 3. Delayed Setup: The event space was not set up on time, chairs are being arranged after guests came. 4. Insufficient Decorations: The promised decorations were not provided, leaving our event looking bare. The lack of attention to detail and poor service ruined what should have been a special day. I would not recommend this hotel for events or stays.

Worst hotel I have come across in my life. Not recommended at all for people visiting with family and friends. We booked and payed the amount and yet we were not allowed to check in even after getting confirmation. Worst and Rude behaviour of manager and we were denied room. I was with my baby and family NOT RECOMMENDED. DONT BOOK AND WASTE MONEY.

Linen were dirty, could see spots and hairs here and there, toilet seat was loose, water tap was not working, shower was not working, room was not cleaned effectively, this was not expected from oyo operated hotels, they are asking to chat with them regarding an issue but guess what chat does not get connected as there is no option regarding a maintenance , total misleading

This hotel made our trip so much better. The location was perfect, the staff went above and beyond, and the room was so relaxing. Highly recommend!
