Vanrai Village Resort

We really enjoyed the swimming pool, indoor games, and the overall relaxed atmosphere. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious and had a nice variety of options. It's also a great place for families, with a kids' play area and open spaces for everyone to enjoy.

We already told them previous day that we want our breakfast at 8 o'clock but when we reached at 8.10 staff didn't even get up.... Nd not even make ours breakfast.... Because of them we are getting late.... Even service is poor... they can't provide food from menu.... they told dat which resort provide breakfast at 8 o'clock .. They are making excuses for their mistakes.... They are not even guilty about their mistakes.... They didn't provide even toiletries.... Bathrooms are not clean...

Worst experience ever had in any resort. we've in the restaurant for dinner where they've stated that the multiple staff members were on leave and they're not having more than 70% items available, and then the serving staff asked the time for breakfast and even the same 8:00am time has been conveyed to kitchen staff and the reception as well, when we reach the restaurant at 8:20am in the morning the staff was not awake and they're sleeping, then they've asked if any particular thing needed in breakfast so we've asked for poha,bread-butter,upma,aloo-paratha, chai-coffee, so eventually they're late then said not having bread available, and when we called reception person he excused that we've asked the time like we visit the resorts on daily basis, so yes we do, and we've not expected such excuses when it's their mistake.! and in the room there was a cigarette packet was their who was previously their before we checked into room. so really disappointed with such answers, otherwise whatever we had in breakfast the taste was too good but the experience was not that good.

Everything was nice and organised. Water is clean and hygienic. Music System is also nice. Changing rooms are also good n clean. Food is tasty n service is great.

Experience was very bad. Service is very worst and they are lease concerned about the guest. We found cockroaches in the restroom and it was not clean, soaps used by previous guest was not disposed. Will not recommend stay for the family. We waited almost 45 min for breakfast and after continuous follow up they got the breakfast which was already prepared and kept inside the kitchen. Staffs have very lethergic attitude.

Worst service ever experienced as since yesterday checked in not having enough items for dinner available and when it's been asked to prepare the breakfast at a particular time the staff was not awake and they're sleeping then have to call the reception and he said that you've asked the time like you visit the resorts on daily basis. Superbbbb.nice and fresh environment. Good food,rooms are clean.swiming pool is very good.with water rides. The ambience was really good...had a really great time, food was way delicious and rhe staff was very cooperative and kind

It is great place to enjoy, we enjoyed the water slides and the food was great. Will surely recommend to come here with family and friends
