Hotel Monarch Center Point near Dahanu Beach, Bordi

Worst experience ever of staying in a hotel. They don't have basic courtesy of providing room service. Even for a water bottle they ask for upfront payment every time. Bathroom drainage was blocked and one can smell the fungus in the room as well as the bathroom. The food was also excessively oily and tasteless. After a few snacks we had to order food from Dominos. Apparently they don't have any restaurant or catering service of their own. I would grade it zero stars...

Nice place very Spacious rooms. The place just 300 meters away from is Dahanu Road Railway Station and 2 kms from beach! There is Wifi, TV and AC facilities. The staff is also very friendly.

Rooms are good and spacious but AC and Fan arrangement is wrong.

I have experienced a better service from the management and they were very supportive in each way, food is also too good.I prefered to everyone have to stay with Monarch Center Point.

Hotel is renovated and modified rooms just 1-2 years ago. Experience with hotel was good, rooms are very spacious and cleaned. The only thing was disappointed me is they charge breakfast with high prices and even do not provide a proper bills for the same. Offers veg and non-veg foods, we ordered veg food which was also tasty, they are having their own restaurant and Bar. Client service and staff behaviour were also good.. Booked at price of Rs. 1800 per night without breakfast................ thanks..........!!!!
