The 9 Family Resort & Restaurant

We had one of the best resort experiences at The 9 Family Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and down-to-earth nature. Our group of 16 visited for a birthday outing, and upon learning about our celebration, the staff generously offered us their hall for the occasion. They initially assigned us a room on the first floor, but noticing that we had 2 senior citizens with us, they promptly arranged a ground-floor room for their convenience--such a thoughtful gesture! What truly amazed us was their generosity. They not only welcomed our pet but also encouraged us to enjoy the neighboring resort, which had a wave pool and water park slides. This level of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated. The entire property, including the rooms, washrooms, dining area, swimming pool, and hall, was spacious and well-maintained. The food was excellent, and we also loved the convenience of their in-house shop, which stocked chips, wafers, ice cream, cold drinks, swimming essentials, and even balls for some extra fun. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to visit again! Highly recommended

This resort is good for a one day picnic with a group They have a free pick up drop service in their package due to its location. Decent rides and three pools. The food platter has good range of choices. This resort is less crowded compared to the other nearby ones. We were also offered an additional room to change and take showers as we were getting late to return back home. The staff was quite helpful. Arnala beach is 5 mins away from the resort. Overall 5/5 Happy with this resort holiday

I had a really good experience.the food was amazing and delicious with different options Both veg and non veg food.the resort has multiple options for groups/couples/corporate groups . very nice resort

First of all the the location of the resort is pretty bad but its good for greenery. Then the pools were pretty disgusting because they didn't cleaned it and there were alge in the pool only one pool was slightly clean. And they food was third class they gave us yesterday's food and because of them my child couldn't eat it. They rooms were 2/5 They didn't cleaned it properly. The staff were pretty good worked properly.
