oceanview beach house and cafe

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! We recently were there and let me tell you it is not worth the money they are asking for it!! To start with there's no pickup n drop service...it's approx 8 km from railway station!!! There's no food included in the package you have to order and only chinese and continental options are there...tastes preety average! Not even a single board game! Area is smaller !! And come on overlooking ocean??!! Seriously!! No fun activities to do ! Tv has no channels ! Can't go outside the room(?) in night!! Breakfast was cheap!! Seriously there are far better option available don't go for this one!

Visited this place for a family wedding and to my surprise this place is more like a destination wedding place. The catering they have are the best the food was tasty and quality of the food was amazing! The rooms and the washrooms are clean and hygienic. The view from top room is pleasant. Interiors are well designed plus it's super close to the beach. Recommended for weddings, Parties etc etc Just a drawback that this place is located far from virar station. There might be issues while reaching here (auto take almost around 250-300)

My sister's wedding happened at their location. We really had one of our best experiences except one small hiccup (with respect to liquor license) The Oceanview beach team was always there to help with the requirements and easily available. The rooms were clean and good, the cleaning staff was there when required. And the location is quite amazing. Our whole family enjoyed it.

The view from the room window is unbeatable but the room is a BIG NO. There is no place to hang clothes neither in the room nor in the washroom! More annoying is that there was no mirror. We were literally using our phone camera to get ready. Cherry on top! THERE WAS NO TV - the itinerary says " it includes smart tv " but trust me there was just wires on plain wall

We had the pleasure of staying at OceanView Beach House from March 10th to 13th, 2025. The property is conveniently located right in front of Navapur Beach, providing direct access to the shore. The setup includes a few rooms on the top floor and a few on the ground floor, offering a variety of options for guests. Our visit was for a wedding, and we were impressed by the efficient service--especially their quick response in reorganizing the mandap. The event was well-organized overall. However, the heat in the afternoon was overwhelming and hard to bear. In the evening, while the temperature seemed better, the combination of bright lights and the presence of numerous insects and mosquitoes made it a bit uncomfortable.

Very bad experience. We asked for a 3rd person accomodation was ready to pay but he did not allow......room was very small also no tv attached and not clean extra beds and mattresses present ........no restaurant or sitting arrangements outside room as there were wedding events and he did not mentioned earlier total waste of money and a boring trip......complimentary breakfast was added but only poha given no further options and also we ordered fries which were totally overfried and waste.

Worst and horrible service, While booking many things were committed however not fulfilled. Only Chinese food available. Ac's not working in rooms. Paranormal activities felt. Electricity issue. Never ever recommended to visit. Too much expensive but worthless.

Good location and fine rooms. Staff was good and cooperative. Little cleanliness should be maintained outdoor and shoreside. Limited food options - only Chinese food available. Overall the stay was pleasant.
