Vivanta offers a range of services, and we had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant. It was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was inviting, the staff was courteous and attentive, and the menu featured a great variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a highly enjoyable visit!

I attended a wedding on May 1st at the 6th floor function area with food services on the 7th floor. Unfortunately, the food quality and service were subpar. Additionally, the ladies' restroom had issues with no lighting, water, and a broken jet spray. Overall, the management and service were disappointing.

I had been here for a friend's function in their banquet hall at 2nd floor and didn't stay so can't comment much on that. However their starters and dinner were good enough to tease our taste buds and wanting for more. They had decent parking space too.

While booking this property I was little bit worried because of some negative reviews about women safety but our experience was totally wonderful. I stayed with my family, Hotel rooms are specious neat and clean. Food is good and hotel staff was also very supporting. Only negative thing is property is far away from the Virar station and locality is also not very good. You can easily find drunken people everywhere on the streets in the night time.

The moment we entered, we were received with very warm greetings! Mr Jha has taken our care very well and serves meals with smiles and enthusiasm. It was a wedding anniversary celebration and Mr Jha and his team arranged everything very nicely. Meal was awesome and very tasty. Overall it was the best experience and we would like to visit again and again!

The Best Hotel in Virar. I never thought Virar East would have such a hotel at the location. It was luxurious and fancy. I was there for a wedding ceremony. The food is tasty and the seating is good. Doesn't feel like you're in Virar at all.

I have reviewed all the guest feedback and noticed that while the hotel team expresses gratitude for 4- or 5-star reviews, they do not respond to guests who provide 1- or 2-star reviews with suggestions for improvement. This lack of engagement with constructive feedback may be perceived as an unethical practice in the social media world.
