Lake View Hotel

Location wise it has an advantage since its nearest to railway station. Other than that, the accommodation is below average yet they charged 2250 for 1 night stay [non-ac room](including extra 3hr charge for check-in timming). Water wasn't available in the room Cleanliness was average (looked clean but it wasn't)

Hotel is clean and well but staff behaviour is not good specially receptionist

Worst hotel. the receptionist asked me to checkout by 9AM whereas in every hotel checkout timing is 11AM or 12AM. The next day staff member knocked the door correct 9AM and asked me to leave. They don't have a shame. They will not let u take a bath and have a breakfast..

Bad.. Bad.. Very Bad Service. Experience . . . Room not Proper Cleaning. Mosquitoes bite a lot. WashRoom not Clean Properly. Even broken water does not work properly. Water flows on its own . T.v not working. I would like to sugget all of you, do not forget to come here. Better than you and take a big hotel. It will be a little costlier but somewhere... It would be a little costlier, but it would be much better. The rest of your will.

Good Hotel to Stay but Staff & Manager are not polite to deal with...It has 3 Storeyed but without lift. Rooms are clean with all facilities.

Very bad hotel... blankets are local and poor quality....staff members charges 25rs on bisleri...staff members drinks during working hours....talks rudely with customers...... seriously if there is any main owner then he should look over these problems......I would suggest not to waste money for such bad hotel

Most HORRIBLE place manned by illiterates who r inexperienced and do not know how to talk to customers, how to behave, and one person misrepresented himself as d owner of d hotel insulting d owner and d hotel. Any review gud or bad hardly matters to d owner of d hotel, he will say if not satisfied stay elsewhere. They r least bothered. Shame

No fixed rate of AC Or non AC room, receptionist shows Fluctuating rate as per your need. Not providing better service as cost value high, there is also no option for other hotels in virar besides this.
