Patil Resort

I visited Patil Resort in Virar yesterday and had an amazing experience! The food quality was excellent--tasty and fresh. I was really impressed by the thoughtful service; every table had a drinking water bottle placed on it. They even provided cots for resting if you felt tired, which was a very nice touch. The rooms were great and quite reasonable according to the price. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, creating a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the timing system for the water rides. The wave pool, regular water rides, and mat rides all had different timings. So, you need to first enjoy the basic activities, then wait for other rides to open one by one, which breaks the flow a bit. Overall, a great place for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Highly recommended if they can make the ride timings more consistent!

Patil Resort, despite its seemingly promising 4.1 Google rating, unfortunately fell short of expectations during my visit in Virar. The resort's diminutive size was immediately apparent, and the facilities struggled to accommodate the apparent volume of guests. The scarcity of basic amenities, with only three showers and a single bathroom serving what appeared to be around a thousand people, was a significant drawback. While dinner was acceptable, the breakfast offering was disappointing. Consequently, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend a visit. Furthermore, the swimming pools, including the wave pool, were surprisingly small and shallow, appearing to cater exclusively to children with a maximum depth of approximately three feet. On a positive note, the resort does offer enjoyable rides for older visitors. However, the washroom and locker arrangements were also noticeably inadequate.

One of the badest resort i ever visited 1.Hotel Room The room was worst, no cleaniness, the tv is just for show , no room service , everything u need to do by your own , much of mosquitoes, wifi doesn't work in the room u need to go at the reception to use it, alteast tv connection or wifi should be there in the room, they don't give towel or soap, which is a basic rule of every resort. 2. Pool and Resort I didn't understand was the water into chlorine or chlorine into water, hell lot of chlorine they use which is not good for any kids or adult. They are very smart to save there money, eg: they have time for everything, slides timing are different and for very less time , closing timing of resort is too early ( 4.30 ), they will ask u to follow the rules very strictly. the staff members are very rude, and won't help u 3. The don't pick the call for any emergency, and if they pick they are least bother, They don't give respect to customers i have seen that, while having lunch they where very rude to all the people Food was fantastic 5 Star for food

I went with my family and they enjoyed a lot. The food was so delicious and tasty. And so cleaned washrooms and changing rooms.This is the best pocket friendly resort.

It's a best resort in virar i think because now they even Devloped more than before !! Excellent food with lots of varieties and evening tea too , good Slides and rides for adult and kids too....I recommend this resort for family and friends

Visited Patil Resort in Virar with my family and had a great time! The free pickup and drop from Virar station was convenient. After checking in, we had a tasty breakfast - I especially enjoyed the Misal Pav. Spent quality time in the swimming pool and wave pool, and the kids loved it. Lunch was also delicious with both veg and non-veg options. Overall, a fun and relaxing day - my whole family enjoyed it!

This is my first time in this resort and to be honest, there are no activities here. I personally did not like the room at all. There is nothing in the room except the bed. There is a TV but it's not working and we booked deluxe AC room seriously it's waste of money for the room . Staff was rude when we first enter the room it was dirty so we asked the staff to atleast change the bedsheet but they were ignoring us and was telling to go on reception like seriously Food was not great Not properly hygeine and cleanliness They have lots of rides so it's best for picnic but for stay! Please it's a big mistake I went t lot's of resort and well I don't write reviews but this was sooo disappointing and want to write to tell you all about that So last but not least Don't come here for 1 night stay

There is a lack of proper management at the resort. The pick-up and drop facilities need improvement. The food could be better. Also, the most important issue is the resort's maintenance, which is not up to the mark. There is algae everywhere, increasing the chances of slipping. Our overall experience was average; it could have been better.
