From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this resort was not living up to its promises. Poor Service The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of decent service. Our room wasn't ready on time, and when we finally got in, it was dirty and poorly maintained. Subpar Amenities The amenities were a joke. The pool was tiny and dirty, the gym was outdated and poorly equipped, and the restaurant served subpar food at outrageous prices. Overpriced and Underwhelming Overall, our stay at the Blue Wave Resort was a complete waste of money. The prices were exorbitant, and the quality of service and amenities was abysmal. I would not recommend this resort to my worst enemy. Avoid at All Costs Unless you enjoy being disappointed and ripped off, stay far, far away from the Blue Wave Resort. There are far better options available, and I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this dump.

The rooms were in poor condition, with outdated furniture, stained carpets, and an overall unkempt appearance. The bed linens were not fresh, and the bathroom facilities were less than hygienic, with issues like low water pressure and broken fix. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in providing any form of hospitality, and every request I made felt like an inconvenience to them. I also noticed that the resort lacked any kind of attention to detail, with common areas poorly maintained and little to no amenities available. The food was bland and unappetizing, further contributing to the negative experience. On top of everything, the resort's location and atmosphere didn't make up for the lack of quality in the accommodations. I had high hopes for a relaxing getaway, but instead, it turned out to be a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, as it truly feels like they are cutting corners and neglecting the guest experience at every turn. It's certainly not worth the money, and I won't be returning.

Very bad service and very dirty room's and bathroom and toilet are very cheapest and dirty... The food quality was very bad.. Nothing slides are there to enjoy very dirty water un clean swimming pool water please don't ho there very bad and worst service in my life at all...

Very bad experience 8/12/2024 worst service And ticket counter person is bad and talking very rudely breakfast was ok ok but lunch is very bad Pools ar not clean properly washroom and changing room is not clean very very dirty Slides ar not working properly.. after lunch pool time was 3 to 5 but they close at 4:30 in short very bad resort ... Great place to spend quality time with friends and family. Though the place is quite small and the wave pool was not up to it's mark the place was good . Breakfast was not good but the lunch was fantastic

The worst service i have seen ever very bad resort never vist this resort the food is unhygienic and the service is also very bad rooms are very dirty please don't visit this resort if you are planning to visit this report so waste of money
