Good: secluded serene place. You can order food from Zomato which is quite cheaper and better than this place.. Zomato delivery can come close to your roomYou are provided with e scooter for resort tour. Bad , rather worse: Rooms don't have cupboard/ almira. When you order for room service- you can either keep your food in the room or your luggage. Room is really small. The bed upstairs doesn't hav any fan. Swimming pool isn't that private as one would think as it's quite translucent behind the bushes. Parking is also not good for more than 7-8. Vehicles Reception staff did not want to accompany to the room stating - you can go there and you will find someone to help. You might have to ask them to carry your luggage. You welcome will be very cold. Though room service person is very courteous but room service is really really pathetic

The overall experience was average. This resort has almost everything of perfect one day picnic as a couple or family. But somehow their staff couldn't able to maintain it. I must say staff is very polite and will help you on all aspects of your choice. But somewhere they failed to provide. They will do everything OR pretend to do everything for your help but you may feel disappoint at the end. Personal Pool was very amazing to enjoy. Food was good in taste but not served on time. Not too much to do other than personal pool.

Worst place. Please dont trust the photos. The service is the main point lacking. Also if you are not okay with no electricity power for 8-9 hours at a stretch.. this place is not for you. Spiders in washrooms, ACs not functioning and mainly power was off for the whole night. The reason stated was "max occupancy" Major food items are out of stock. Rude Manager. Even if you are out of options dont go.

Experience honestly was not as expected. Especially considering the price point we are paying, there needs to be alot of improvement in the rooms, the room is very small, there is centralized AC but still the room temperature stays warm during day time. Upstairs there is just a mattress with no ventilation/fan. Good things - Place is well designed and greenery, serenity is well maintained. All the toiletries, bath robes, towels, napkins provided were good and clean. Swimming pool was clean. Restaurant's food was good. Some of the Reception staff were co-operative and understanding(available in day time). Things to improve - The in-house restaurant had very limited number of items in snacks and they were very costly compared to taste and quantity. Worst - Room service was not at all good. We had to ask for water bottles as we were not given at the time of check-in. Later we called for one more bottle of water as we had kids with us, we were told it will be sent but even after reminding thrice until checkout we didn't receive the water. Even for check-in we were kept waiting for almost 25 mins for baghi that transports you to the rooms. While check out we were forced to come walking along with luggage as baghi was discharged. Finally, alot needs to be imroved here.

Went again with high hopes but this time it was a blunder from the management. Specially the Lady Manager as we had more than 9 hours of power outage. With no option we slept in our cars as were travelling with kids. No show from the manager in the morning till all the guests left the resort. Very pathetic experience from the management and the Lady manager. Avoid this place not at all worthy.

This is the worst resort one can ever go to. PLEASE SAVE SOME MONEY AND BOOK A BETTER PLACE RATHER THAN GOING HERE. There's huge issue with the electricity which the owner and the hotel staff didn't talk about. We faced electricity issue from 2AM and with multiple follow ups first we were told that they are looking into it, later they mentioned they are looking for a new room (this was informed to us after we called up 15 times!). Then we were asked to come to lobby which was about 300m from the villa given to us and in the pitched dark around 3:30 AM. After several follow ups again a staff came by (NOTE! THERE WAS ONLY ONE STAFF AT THE NIGHT DUTY) and later around 4:30AM we were at reception and realised entire resort had electricity issue. The owner didn't even bother to refund atleast 50% of the money back and she defended herself and refused to even appoint us some other room. We waited in the lobby for several hours and electricity didn't come. NONE OF THE HOTEL STAFF WAS BOTHERED ABOUT IT. This review is for the people who are blindly going to this resort after getting influenced by the reels shown. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE TRAUMA THAT WE FACED.

The worst resort ever. If anything happens the management will not take any responsibility. Specifically the Lady Manager was too rude. She dint even apologise saying "out of my hands" "aapne subah toh enjoy kia na" We faced full electricity blackout for 9 hours at stretch in midnight due to "max occupancy" in resort. No one was concerned no response. Absolute waste of money. Big NO please dont fall into trap by seeing the photos. This is not a stress buster its a stress adder

The place and ambience is amazing but the service is pathetic. We had specially booked the place for the floating basket experience but to our surprise despite several reminders the service was not provided. This is a shameful part on their end. Highly recommend to list your requirements 10-15 times so they are adhered too. The front desk staff keeps on yo yoing the request. 0 stars for the service...
