Very nice place to chill and relax surrounded by greenery within the compound of resort. Great service and very kind and helpful staff. Food is amazing taste wise, cleanliness and hygiene and varieties available for both veg and meat. Swimming pool lacks a bit cleanliness but it is great if you can manage with that. Worth every penny you spent. Had a great time there

Thank you, Cave County, for the unforgettable memories and peaceful vibe. The location and experience were great, especially at such an affordable cost. However, we were a bit disappointed by the low maintenance of the swimming pool, absence of chilled beers, and no sound system near the pool area. A little improvement in these areas -- along with better manpower support -- can truly elevate the experience. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades next time!

There are better options available. The property is good but not maintained properly. Swimmingpool was full of algae. Bathrooms were not cleaned. It was like government lodge toilets. Morning breakfast was stale and not good. Its a 2 star place with overpriced tarrif.

The resort was very nice. Service, rooms, playing area were excellent. Only had issues with food. It wasn't as good as the other services. But overall a nice place for a family to have some peaceful time.

I recently stayed at Caves County and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. The rooms were a major disappointment. Despite paying for a premium stay, the room was not well-maintained. The furniture was outdated, and there were visible stains on the carpet and bedding. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a constant musty smell that lingered throughout the stay. The lack of proper maintenance really detracted from any sense of comfort or relaxation. AC was making so much noise in the night because of that I couldn't even get relaxed sleep.

This is a lovely place with great service and very helpful staff. Though the design of the structures is great, the maintainence of the rooms needs improvement especially the toilet fittings and the upholstery of the chairs in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing- without the buffet on day 1 the service was personalised and we had a very satisfactory start of the day. Would like to specially mention Mr Ranjit who was serving us for his service. On day one we had complained about an item on the menu which was replaced quickly and we were taken care of. Would like to mention the captain here for making our experience extraordinary. Overall- this place needs a thumbs up for its staff and service!!! Thank you

The location and property was best,food quality was also nice and the staff was also calm and cooprative but you have to improve room appliences like window was not oprating properly related to security and maitainance of the washrooms is must.

Mr Ranjit in the restaurant provided great service. He was courteous and always ensured that we could get whatever we requested for with a smile on his face. We noticed his similar attitude with other guests of the resort. We had very poor experience with the mattress and linen, which were extremely poor quality and sagging, resulting in body aches for most of us. Even the bathroom fittings are untidy and need to be looked into. Overall not a value for money place at all.
